Thank you so much Dave. Sad, times of such concerts are gone now.
Kind regards, Michael

I just want to thank you for your work to keep the site running, Dave. I already was in fear HWI would be gone. I maintain a website myself and know such hassle.
Kind regards, Michael

Hi Joe,
thanks for the Update. I already learned there are problems while going though the thread. I still think the newsletter is a great idea, perhaps, another solution will occur one day.
Regards, Michael

Hi,
opt-in for mass mails has been active since registering, the eMail I used for registration is still active and polled regularly. I am checking my Spam folder once a day. While I think the Newsletter is a great idea I did not yet get any one. I am pretty much lost what to do.
I am maintaining a Newsletter for a Website myself, I twice was informed by a recipient's server abount a whole IP block from my server being blocked because of Spam - which just comes to my mind.
Kind Regards, Michael

Wrote the first Amazon.de review, though and at least Paradiso is available there. For now >.< Well done. I just added another review (+ five stars). Hard to understand why several German CD shops don't even know Hayley. Regards, Michael

Hello,
as several of you commented, the timeline videos do work now, at least for me. Decca must have definitely worked on them.

Hello,
I was very excited about this mail, too. However, like many others, I get the black screen plus circle, either. Obviously these are flash videos. My first thoughts were tracking protection plus pop-up blocker, but switching them of did not help either.
I tried IE, FF and Safari with the same result. Would be great if anyone managed to solve this.
One million thanks, Michael

Hi Martin, I managed to get it with Replay Media Catcher 4, www.applian.com/download-videos/. As far as we know, the video of "Whispers In a Dream" will be on the DVD of the Japanese limited edition, it would be nice if the one with Ennio it's there too! Best wishes, Paulo Correia Dear Paulo, thanks a lot, that's a tool I've been looking for for ages. I bought a license and was able to save both current clips on hayleywestenra.com immediately. BTW, I reported being unable to play the clips in another thread. Just in case anyone has similar problems: I use IE9 which has a new feature called "tracking protection". IMHO this is a quite useful function, however, it blocked both video clips on hayleywestenra.com for whatever reason. After deactivating tracking protection temporarily, they played fine. Kind regards, Michael

Hi,
is it only me or a temporary flaw or is the video on hayleywestenra.com indeed broken?
BTW, registration for the mailing list still replies by registering for Imelda May.
Is it really that hard to maintain a website...?
Kind regards, Michael

Hi, I think there are some Germans around here. Did anyone from Germany already receive a copy from Marbecks? My CC was charged on 15 April, but the CD did not yet arrive. Maybe, customs is enjoying it right now... Thanks and regards, Michael

Hi, thanks to you all for the kind words. To Joe: I think I made clear where I discovered Hayley - it was just that Last Rose video on Youtube setting a hook in my brain. To Martin: Actually I don't drive any cars. Probably, I am one of the last persons on that planet not driving a car at all Kind regards, Michael

Hi, I just introduced myself, so this is my second post. Besides the critical points already stated I've detected another - really annoying - one. I (re-)registered for the Mailing list yesterday. I got a reply mail stating: "Thanks for registering to receive updates from Imelda May." Imelda May??? I think this is a no-go which never should happen in a commercial grade website. Obviously. this job was outsourced by DECCA and the company just rewrote www.imeldamay.co.uk/ - see the similarities of the objects? Next, I was looking for a contact address. Where? - under "About", of course. In most English language websites I know of "About" holds contact information plus some legal stuff, maybe. This one holds - Hayley's biography which no one will actually suspect under "About". (IMO that shoud be a separate menu entry "biography".) I was not able to find a contact info within a certain time. Finally I sent a mail to Bandana, maybe they can work with DECCA to correct at least the wrong Mailing list being really embarrassing, IMHO. Regards, Michael

Hi,
let me introduce myself. I am Michael from Germany. First a few words on how I "met" Hayley Westenra: I was on a search for decent interpretations of "Last Rose", when I hit Hayley's Youtube video (with Celtic Woman). Within a moment, I was enchanted by her voice and look. This was it.
I browsed the shelves in a local CD shop. Nothing. I went to the counter: Hayley who?? Finally the guy was able to locate her in his data base, but already had lost me as a customer. I got a batch of CDs from Amazon.de, finally.
I've been reading here for around two years and will go on doing so. Don't expect me to be a very active contributor, though, I am working as a freelancer with a very limited spare time plus I already maintain a website on a German actress for several years (which I will continue to do).
I was really glad to see Hayley producing a CD together with Ennio Morricone, whom I've been admiring for a long time, notably for his contribution to the wonderful "Cinema Paradiso" movie (still waiting for the CD to arrive from Marbecks.)
A final word: I've rarely found such a kind fan community like this one. Plus I think, there are very few stars caring for their fans in a way Hayley does.
Kind Regards, Michael
