'Hayley Westenra' is as pretty as they come with scented very double flowers in a delicious mix of apricots, peaches and cream. It won Rose of the Year in 2010 at the Pacific Bowl Rose Festival and would add glamour to any vase.

It is nearly spring in New Zealand.

Funny that roses can be blooming on different sides of the world, in different seasons, all at the same time. Early roses in the NZ spring, and late roses in the US' early fall.
