Thanks Steve for keeping us up to date with Saara, well done to her for getting a Bocelli duet! I enjoyed the music video you posted last year too, it would be interesting to hear any (good quality) recent live performances there are out there, to get a feel for how she might sound live in concert.

Hi Steve! Although the video is not available to watch in the USA, I will embed the video below. Again this year, the US cable channel AXS TV is broadcasting the X Factor UK a day after it airs in Britain. Yesterday AXS showed half of the Audition Week one show. So tonight the bit with Saara should air. |

Embedding a video in a post is quite simple, just click on the "clapperboard" button above, and a box will appear. Insert the video's URL, then click "insert video". Saara was fantastic on her audition! I understand the judges' audition portion took place in mid-June. Here is a video that my friend and forum member Paige shared with me. "Je Suis Malade" which (I think) means 'I Am Ill' |

You can hear Je Suis Malade by searching on youtube with her name. A list of her Top tracks comes up on the right. Just click that song, and you'll hear it (I can't post it here). I must say, though it was lovely, when she got to the chorus, it fell extremely flat compared to Lara Fabian's (though I don't think she's the original singer of that song, but boy, she can sure sing Saara out of the water with this one).
This song (by Lara) is the reason I'm a fan of the ice dancers in this video (singing starts at 1:50).

Just watch the X Factor UK, Saara was Sharon Osborne's wildcard in her over aged 25's group. Saara made the live shows!
