A new member of the Official Forum has posted to say that Hayley and Aled Jones are to appear at the Cadogan Hall in London on 23rd September. The venue's website appears to confirm this but, until we hear absolute confirmation through the official site or from Bedlam Management, we will not be adding it to the Schedule. It is certainly one to watch though and looks like being a very different type of event (as it includes Beethoven's Emperor Concert!). Details may be found at www.cadoganhall.com/showpage.php?pid=217Roger

Hi Roger
Thanks for the advanced info re the concert. As you say, it may be very different and who's to know that we'll get much of Hayley?
Interesting that the tip off came from a new member. We were tipped off by a new member about the first concert. Maybe it's just intelligent marketting!

Hello Roger and Stuart! I think I might take a chance on this one and pay a visit to the Cadogan Hall box office tomorrow morning. While I'm thinking about it, let's check my diary... 94 days to go! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifRichard

Hi All, This does look interesting, I wonder if we can get hold of anybody at Bedlam Management to confirm either way, as there are still plenty of front row seats left, and that as we know is a great place to snap away, as the stage is not too high at Cadogan Hall. Yours Hopefully! Steve H

HI again,
Just to confirm that the HWI site Photographers (UK) have secured AA14 and AA15, slap bang in the middle of the front row, so if Hayley does take part and the camera spotters are asleep, you will get great pictures from HWI.
Anyone else going to take the plunge? it would be good to have some company!
Best Wishes Steve H

Hold fire on this one folks. Presumably the event will take place but Hayley's involvement is not yet confirmed. Therefore, I assume, neither is Aled's.
I will update as soon as further information is received.

Congratulations Steve! You're now 80% of a Maestro! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI'm going to hold fire on this concert for the moment, so let's hope we get confirmation one way or the other soon. If we don't hear any more in the next fortnight, I might take a chance, but meanwhile the countdown's officially on hold! Best Wishes, Richard

The Emperor Concerto is my favourite piano concerto BUT if Hayley isn't confirmed I don't want to risk it. Great for you guys living in London of course, but I'll hang fire in the hope of something in my neck of the woods !

I saw Steve Abbott last night and he told me this event has been CONFIRMED! Roger Hi Roger, Did Steve indicate what and how much Hayley (and Aled) would be doing at this event? Even in general terms? At the moment, It looks like a more classical concert than anything Hayley has done before but of course, we don't have a full programme yet so that could change. Cheers, Dave

Hi Dave, No he didn't. We only had sends to talk because he was with a number of his own guests whom I interrupted! What I do know is that it is being recorded for Japanese television! It is an easy venue to get to (for me) so I am going no matter how much/little she does. Roger

Hello Roger and Dave! I've just had a look at the seating plan, and it looks as though there are plenty of good seats still available. I'm definitely going to this one, so the Cadogan Hall box office can expect a visit and some money from me tomorrow morning! To resume the countdown... 90 days to go! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI shall expect to see both of you there, along with Steve and Stuart. Is anybody else going? Incidentally Roger, I've just inserted a blank line between August and September on the master schedule. Because it's preformatted text, you have to enter a space to get an empty line. When I did it last time, it took me ages to work out how to do it, but this time I did it in a few seconds! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest Wishes, Richard
