Thank you for the link Kimberly! I notice the Australian dates clash with the previously announced dates for the Canadian leg of Hayley's North American tour in March 2006! Something needs sorting out here! Best Wishes, Richard

Thank you for the link Kimberly! I notice the Australian dates clash with the previously announced dates for the Canadian leg of Hayley's North American tour in March 2006! Something needs sorting out here! Richard Well spotted Kimberly... and Richard! I think we need to be careful with this information... according to Il Divo's Official site yesterday www.ildivo.com , the Australian concert details were "leaked" too early by the Sony/BMG local label... and there's no mention of Hayley on the Il Divo Official site or their World Tour microsite. I guess there may still be some issues to be sorted out, e.g. regarding Hayley... things could change! Cheers, Dave

Thanks Kimberly... now that *IS* interesting!!!! That show is at the Odyssey Arena i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif on March 27th.... in Belfast Northern Ireland!!! So now, we know (or think we know!) that Hayley will support Il Divo on opposite sides of the World. I wonder how much more of their World Tour she will be included in? This can I think only be good for Hayley as it will introduce Il Divo fans to Hayley's "gentler" form of Classical crossover than theirs. Also, far more people seem to have heard of Il Divo than Hayley... so it will help to spread the Word. It's kind of disappointing that Hayley has to go back to being a supporting act. All part of the long term plan though, I'm sure!

Actually, this news you found Kimberly could turn out to be bigger than we thought. Read what Il Divo's official website www.ildivo.com says about the UK and Irish (Emmett!!!) leg of Il Divo's World tour: UK and Irish Tour Dates Announced 17th October 2005After what can only be described as an extraordinary 12 months, Il Divo, the biggest debut act in the world this year, today announce the UK leg of their eagerly anticipated 2006 World Tour.
Fresh from selling over 5 million albums and topping charts all over the globe Sebastien, Carlos, David and Urs are coming home to the place where it all began - performing at some of our major music venues including Cardiff International Arena, Birmingham NEC and the newly rebuilt Wembley Arena.
These incredibly talented young men will perform a host of tracks from their eponymous selftitled no 1 album, as well as their new album Ancora released worldwide on 7th November 2005. Classics including Mariah Carey's 'Hero', 'Unchained Melody' and 'Ave Maria' will all be stamped with the rich Il Divo signature to delight audiences throughout the UK. Special guest Hayley Westenra will perform tracks from her new top 10 album 'Odyssey' the follow up to her multi-platinum debut 'Pure'. Tickets will go on sale at 9am on Friday 21st October 2005, but we will also have an exclusive online pre-sale for Il Divo fans earlier in the week; please make sure you're signed up on the Mailing List so that you receive the information as early as possible...
The UK and Ireland tour routing is as follows:
March 2006 Sunday 26th: Dublin Point Depot Monday 27th: Belfast Odyssey Wednesday 29th: Cardiff International Arena Thursday 30th: Brighton Centre
April 2006 Saturday 1st: Nottingham Arena Sunday 2nd: Birmingham NEC Tuesday 4th: Newcastle Arena Thursday 6th: Glasgow Clyde Auditorium Sunday 9th: Manchester MEN Arena Tuesday 11th: Wembley Arena Saturday 15th: Manchester M.E.N. Arena (TBC - See reply # 32)
Carlos said: 'We are incredibly excited about this tour... the last year has been amazing none of us had any idea how big Il Divo would become and how fast. The main focus now is obviously the new album which we think people will love then it's time for us to get up on stage and do what we do best
performing live infront of all the fans who have supported us over the last year'This implies that Hayley will be with IlDivo for all ten of the UK and Ireland Arena concerts - but we'll have to wait for her official site to confirm. Im not a fan of Arena concerts but I guess that if true, I'll have to go to at least one of them!!!! And... what about the rest of their World Tour... will Hayley be there too?

Im not a fan of Arena concerts but I guess that if true, I'll have to go to at least one of them!!!! Hello Dave! Let's hope we get confirmation of Hayley's appearances soon. I don't like big arenas either, and I definitely wouldn't go to Wembley, but I might go to the Brighton Centre, which is a lot smaller. Bye for now, Richard

I have been to the Wembley Arena a couple of times. It's not my favourite venue but I would not be put off by its size. If Hayley is definitely appearing there, I will go. Roger

Il Divo tickets go on pre-sale tomorrow 19th October, except for the G.B. mainland when it's Thursday the 20th. They will be on general sale starting from the 21st October for most venues. We have requested further information about Hayley's involvement (which is not yet confirmed from her side) and one of us will post the details as soon as we hear anything definite.
The information came by email and if anyone wants to take a chance - which would obviously be risky - I have the links to the ticketing sites (they wouldn't copy over) but if you say which one you are interested in, one of us will post the link.

Hi everyone, I had an email from Giselle (Steve Abbott's assistant) today concerning the Il Divo tour in which Hayley should be taking part. The relevant paragraph is as follows: "At the moment Hayley's going to do the full tour - we'll let you know if there are any changes."In other words, Hayley's involvement in not yet set in stone and there is an element of risk for anyone purchasing tickets at this early stage. However, as tickets for most venues go on sale on Friday, you may be willing to take that risk. If I hear any further information, I will post it here as soon as possible. The full tour as detailed on are available HERE but are also reproduced below. 4th March Australia Adelaide Adelaide Entertainment Centre 6th March Australia Brisbane Concert Hall, QPAC 9th March Australia Sydney Sydney State Theatre 10th March Australia Sydney Sydney State Theatre 13th March Australia Melbourne Hamer Hall, the Arts Centre 26th March Ireland Dublin Point Depot 27th March Ireland Belfast Odyssey 29th March UK Cardiff International Arena 30th March UK Brighton Brighton Centre 1st April UK Nottingham Nottingham Arena 2nd April UK Birmingham Birmingham NEC 4th April UK Newcastle Newcastle Arena 6th April UK Glasgow Clyde Auditorium 9th April UK Manchester MEN Arena 11th April UK London Wembley Arena 30th April Germany Berlin ICC 1 2nd May Germany Hamburg Color Line Arena 3rd May Germany Oberhausen Arena 5th May Holland Rotterdam Ahoy Arena 6th May Belgium Brussels Forest National 8th May Germany Munich Olympiahalle 9th May Germany Frankfurt Ballsporthalle 10th May Germany Stuttgart Schleyerhalle 13th May Austria Vienna Stadthalle 21st May France Paris Palais de Congress
All of the shows go on general sale on Friday October 21st, except for the Dutch show which is Saturday October 22nd, and the Australian shows which go onsale on Thursday October 27th. However, we will also be holding an exclusive pre-sale for registered Il Divo fans, so please make sure you are registered on the band's mailing list to receive information on this.Roger

Oh dear oh dear,
First performance of Hayley in Holland on May 5, and most likely at that time I will be in Australia for family reasons - and at that time, Katherine Jenkins will most likely be in concert in Australia as well, so I was hoping to be able to visit a Katherine Jenkins concert Down Under.
This stuff about Hayley being rright here in Holland will result in me re-assessing my options ...
