I have a query now.... i've been trrying for a while now to get onto hayleywestenra.com but it never opens... does anyone know if there is a problem with the site? looking forward to life on the forum. Gerry Hi Gerry and anyone else who has had this problem, Just to clarify what others have said, hayleywestenra.com is the official site run by Decca. I have not experienced any difficulty in accessing it but, as has been acknowledged, the forum can be very slow in the latter part of the day (UK time). But hayley-westenra.com (with a hyphen) was Hayley Westenra World, a privately run fansite which was recently taken offline. It was nothing to do with the official site despite it's similar url. Of course, there is always hayley-westenra-international.com which I believe is a pretty good site!   Roger |

OK, Hayley's Official site have finally announced a lot more dates for Hayley's tour with Il Divo. We will shortly transcribe it all prominently into the HWI forum, please bear with us for a while while we do this. www.hayleywestenra.com/hayley-westenra-events.htmA word of caution - the list of 54 Il Divo dates on Hayley's official website (above) is a lot shorter than the list on Il Divo's website and forum.There may be more to be announced by Hayley - or she may not be doing them all, we'll try to find out. Calling Dave and Roger!  I see on Hayley's official site that the concerts with Il Divo on 31st January, 1st & 18th April and 19th May have now been confirmed. I would prefer to leave it to you two to update the master list, because all the Australian concerts in March have now disappeared, and so has the concert in Copenhagen on 21st April. All the other dates seem to tally!  Best Wishes, Richard  |

Hi All,
I thought it would be nice to share with you my plans regarding the Il Divo tour.
I will be attending two of Il Divo's concerts. The first being on April 20 in Rotterdam. I hope I'll be able to meet Hayley there.
And, if I do, It'll hopefully be a dress rehearsal for meeting Hayley again, 5 days later at the Helsinki (Finland) concert.
I will be travelling to Helsinki especially for the Il Divo/Hayley Westenra concert - and I will be meeting a quality young Finnish singer as well at that concert. Her name is Saara Aalto, and I am very excited at the prospect of meeting her. She really is a class singer.
I will keep you posted on progress on this point.

Bye for now, Richard Hi everyone, I can only reiterate what Steve Abbott told me which was to "go with the Il Divo website". According to that, *they* will be appearing in Australia. Admittedly Hayley is not mentioned but neither is she for their tour of the rest of the world. It concerns me that the Australian dates still don't appear on hw.com but we have had confirmation (from our own West Coast Correspondent) that one of the concerts that Hayley was headlining in America at that time has indeed been cancelled. I assure you that we are doing everything we can to find out for sure and that any absolute confirmation concerning the Australian events will be posted here. Roger |

By the way Richard, I didn't get any tickets to see Il Divo nor Hayley because when the tickets were on sale the good seats were sold mostly to Il divo's fans. And at that stage no one was sure if Hayley was actually appearing (well even at this stage no one can be sure!) so I didn't want to risk buying a ticket seeing people that I am not interested in. That doesn't make me a loyal Hayley fan hey? Love, Jenny |
