Thanks for the uploads guys. I managed to watch all except the last 20 minutes before I left for church. It was very close then, so it was a relief when I got home to hear the the All Blacks had won.
Wonderful performances by Hayley. I love the pic that appears fronting Dave's embedded video - you can see the emotion in Hayley's eyes.
Excellent performances from Hayley as we expect. I have seen several comments lamenting the TV coverage not showing enough of Hayley, and I don't just mean Peter's comments. A lot of people enjoyed her singing I'm sure. The ITV commentator said of her anthem "I think they enjoyed that".
At one point, she was even trending on Twitter I'm told.
Well done Hayley!! That was fabulous.
And well done the All Blacks too. And the French team who made it such a nailbiting game.

wow! thanks for the videos and photos! I really wanted to get up early to watch this on tv especially as it isn't altogether that often that I, or a lot of us here get to see Hayley on tv... but a late night last night prevented me from doing that!! after having watched the videos online on here all I can say is wow- well done Hayley!! loved her performance of the anthem, sung with loads of emotion and pride! and wow to the performances of world in union and now is he hour!! Hayley looked and sounded amazing as usual.. I know for a fact that if I were a kiwi but somehow not a fan of Hayley I certainly would be after those performances and would also be incredibly proud of her! I was slightly surprised to see she wasn't wearing an all black t-shirt but she was wearing black so it does not really matter.. was it Will Martin who sang the french anthem? I would love to be able to see that but can't seem to find it anywhere... finally, congratulations All Blacks!!! best wishes Sing |

Martin D Hayley actually tweeted at 1.19am - I wouldn't be at all surprised to hear that the party is still going on - whether or not Hayley is still there is another matter of course, and she does have another important engagement tomorrow. Catching up with twitter when I got in from church took almost an hour and Kiwi's were still tweeting when I logged off for tea around 5pm - can't see much work getting done in Kiwiland tomorrow : Best wishes Grant |

Sleep Sleep who needs sleep, such an overated thing lol. I think I had 2 hours this morning like most kiwis (actually it is a nocturnal bird after all). Luckily it is a Public Holiday in NZ. Sing I will sometime today include a video of Will Martin singing the French anthem.
Now roll on tonight for the IRB awards night to see Hayley again. ( I think she is the only reason NZ won the game as she is their good luck charm).

Thank you very much Ross-much appreciated! I think he did a good job- the French anthem sure sounds hard to sing, it's very fast haha!...Being a huge fan of his voice I wish he was more popular over here tbh... I think he obviously looked a bit disappointed to not be singing the NZ anthem...in some ways I think it would've been nice for Hayley and Will to sing the anthem together...but again, I think Hayley was awesome at singing the NZ anthem, but then again, could she be any less than that? best wishes Sing |

Congratulations to the All Blacks for the win - it was close, the French team were tough!!!! 8 - 7. Hayley sung her National Anthem brilliantly before the start and TV showed much more of her than they usually do at such events. We were all drinking and gearing up for the finals when suddenly we saw her on the screen and she started singing and me and the lads all just put down our drinks and sat in silence....she is truly amazing. God Bless Her and God Defend New Zealand!
