Shame on the music industry and the record labels.. shame on the money grabbing parasites.
That singers of this calibre are left wandering in the wilderness like nomadic troubadours to earn their food and keep.
It would appear that Hayley has been abandoned in the doldrums be her record company.
I had better stop now before I say something I might regret later..
Bravo to the singers and musicians and artists...........

She seemed to stop doing Twitter a while ago so I'm not sure which shows are coming up ! I usually get that sort of information from Facebook. No more shows have been announced yet for Toni as far as I know, but I will try to remember to post the news here if I hear of anything else being confirmed. |

It was for a guest spot at one of their UK tour dates. The competition closed on 7th August. Maybe there will be some news soon.

I know Toni was auditioning for Celtic Woman. Don't know if she made it. Has anyone heard yet? Celtic Women were guests on Miriam O'Callaghan's show on RTE One recently and they said the selection would be done just before their upcoming Dublin concert. |

The link that Paddy posted was for the Irish competition, to perform with CW this Saturday, 2nd September. The winner has now been announced as sixteen year old Anabel Sweeney from Wicklow. www.celticwoman.com/news/winner-of-the-celtic-woman-competition-announced/Toni entered the UK competition, for their tour in October/November. Thanks John,  It would appear that the best way to get information is to post wrong information  and just wait for the correct information to roll in. I found myself watching Toni's videos again yesterday, the self taken hand held ones are most amusing "Popular" being one of the best, especially if watched on a large screen, you can see Toni spent ages tidying up the place before she took the video. Delightful, always leaves me with a smile on my face and cheers me up no end. |

Thanks Jeff, what a dreadful pity, another great performer taken out by the Music Industry World as Toni puts it. The music industry in general has only one interest, financial gain or profit, not the welfare of the musician, singer or the music fans. Most performing and recording artists have tales to tell of themselves being the last in line to get paid, even with tours grossing several millions the artist may be left with nothing but outstanding bills, the ticket agents and record companies all taking their cut well before the artist.

Basically she's had Lyme disease Libby. I was quoting her reply to me under comments in her Youtube video called "Passover and the Winter stream." If you go to her Youtube page it's the second one down. I'm not sure why you can't see it. It can't be because you're not in the UK since Comet read it and he's in Ireland !
