Has everyone seen Blake's new single 'All Of Me'? Written for the Royal Wedding. Blake are looking more and more the most likely candidates for performing at the wedding. Personally, I find it VERY cheesy and out of date, but that's just me: www.youtube.com/watch?v=8tNUl0T8eyY

The seaside bit was overdone. I would have liked to have felt more emotion for a song written especially for the royal wedding Yep...I'd say Blake are a dead cert to perform this at the wedding. Preferably without the motorbikes Best wishes, Joe

Is there any more word on a potential concert afterwards? Because Hayley could at least do that. I wouldn't really expect her to be the main singer in the wedding ceremony itself. And the media has said before that people involved in their charities would be there, at least I think that's what they said. And Hayley is involved in numerous charities, with the Armed Forces, cancer research, etc. (they mentioned a cancer charity when talking about the royal couple).

They are riding the motorbikes - members of Blake are keen motorists. In any case, it's a disappointing song for such a big occasion. Average and dull.

I like how it sounds, reminds me a little of Elton John (of course, Elton John's songs are much better, but, the sound is quite similar to me)... Yet, yes, for a royal wedding one would have expected a more emotional song (I am sure Hayley would have gotten that better).

This was one of the reasons for changing the manner in which the poet laureateship was managed. Even some of our best poets produced some appalling doggerel when the need arose. Creativity does not always work on demand. Although journalists have to work that way. Interesting debate about inspiration versus professional mastery of words for ali and any occasion!

Something interesting I found while searching Decca's site for signs of Hayley's new album release (none yet): www.decca.com/articles/the-royal-wedding-the-official-album-536The Central Band of the Royal Air Force? Hmm, I don't suppose a certain forces songbird might accompany them! The whole family's met her now, for goodness' sake! Why not invite her? The record is by Decca/Universal Music. I also noted that the President of Decca Records, Dickon Stainer, is quoted in both this article and the one about Hayley and Ennio Morricone. Also interesting to note that the wedding is the day after the Australian Women's Weekly alleges (per Ross) that Hayley's album is out.

Hello Libby! The article says the Fanfare Team from the Central Band of the RAF will be performing at the wedding, so it's probably only the trumpet section. Richard

Hi Libby, I actually heard a few weeks ago that there will be no solo vocalists performing at the wedding - only an orchestra and some choirs -- so I don't think Hayley will be performing, unfortunately. Not to worry! It looks like there'll be a new album around the same time so that will be terribly exciting! A royal wedding and a new Hayley album around the same time! Excitement overload, I think! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifCheers, Jillian

Anh Hayley's album is going to have strong competition in the classical charts by the look of it, with this being released the same week. Let's hope it doesn't get buried in the noise.

Umm, so Blake isn't performing that song Nicola was talking about? And whatever happened to the possible concert after the wedding? If there really are so few singers on it, will it really be that great to listen to? Sure, it'll be popular just for the fact it's from the wedding... but come on, it's not a Hayley album! Hayley's album will probably have better songs, and brand new ones, at that!

That's funny because I heard on the radio that a young London-based singer from New Zealand was going to sing. Yes, Camilla Kerslake will perform at the wedding ! Libby, you really should check the date (April 1st) before you read these posts ! The best one I read was from a fan on Twitter: Poor Gerald is at a loose end while waiting for new premises to be built for his business so he's taken up the guitar (had lessons from Andy Moore). After all, he was in a high school musical when Jill first saw him and now he's going to accompany his daughter on accoustic guitar during her concerts, starting at Kings Lynn !! Hayley is apparently OK with this. "He's a cool dad !" she said.
