Hi Paige,
No,it doesn't mean that! Dave said that it is for private use only. So you can certainly load it into your library, burn it onto a CD or make any other sort of personal use of it, all of that counts as "private use". But you will be violating Karsten's copyright if you upload it to another internet site, use it in a public performance or try to sell copies.

Why aren't there videos (atleast fan shot ones!) for most of her concerts , I'd love to have heard her sing the recent version of Who painted the moon black!

Hi Simba Quite simply because many concert venues prohibit the use of video equipment and cameras. Having said that some of our ingenious members get away with taking a few photos and sometines even the odd video at such venues. Cheers Martin

Hi Simba, Well, there are a few on my YouTube channel. They are amateur ones, taken surruptitiously, although I an sure in most cases Hayley knew what I was doing, and sometimes even smiled for the camera. But yes, a venue where photography is allowed is quite unusual these days. Outdoor concerts are the best I find. And then you will have all sorts of problems with the lighting that may mean you get your setup wrong. And you don't get a second chance. And then there is the problem of being in a suitable seat. It there are preople in front of you, they tend to move. If there are not, you are very exposed and it is hard to conceal a camera. Still, if you havent seen them, you might enjoy some of these. www.youtube.com/my_videosActually, looking at it, that probably won't work if that if you aren't me. So try www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzYCW3bhSLw as an example. I have 13 videos all told. I'm currently getting about 200 hits/day, and by far the most popular vid of mine is www.youtube.com/watch?v=OggoeByxrDgHWI has rather more than that and in rather better quality. Martin D I was at Buxton, and they don't allow photography. So waht you get is a bonus.
