Hi everyone
Just wanted to wish those who are going to this concert a safe journey and I am sure you will have a wonderful time - particularly after such a long wait. I am really looking forward to hearing all about it.
Very best wishes

Well, its a one off, so who knows what she will sing. Prolly not much from Christmas Magic, too late for that. Might be something new, might be something special, you know Hayley will try to make it memorable. And I'm sure she will succeed.
So it wilbe her ROS stuff basically I suspect. plus pehaps I Know You By eart, perhaps River, perhaps wuthering heights and I'd bet on Never Saw Blue, Pokarekare Ana and Hine e Hine.
I wish I could be there. Enjoy it all of you who are, and if you get the chance, give Hayley our love and remind her that we in the Northern Hemisphere have not forgotten her.

H Day - 1I made it safely to Havelock North. It rained last night in Picton and at times driving today. But here it is OK when the sun is out but it could rain at any time.On the way up I stopped at a wildlife santuary where you can see Native Birds and Tuatara. I also helped feed the Kaka which is a North Island Parrot. I will post some photos later when I can find a internet cafe. I forgot to mention the music I played in my car yesterday and today. Yesterday I started with:- Walking In The Air Hayley Westenra My Gift To You Pure and Odyssey. Today I played:- Odyssey Treasure Japanese Songs 1 and 2. Also while waiting to get onto the ferry at 7am the Radio Live said they were going to have Hayley that morning so if the Radio Live website has listenback you might find it. Just before I turned off State Highway 2 to head to Havelock North there was a road sign which had coming events on it and it had Hayley Westenra and Fiona Pears i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif.

I drove most of the route you are now taking in May, the ferry journey from Picton to Wellington is a real "sightseeing" trip, with dolphins and beautiful scenery, I am just a little envious you are getting to do it in peak summertime, so beautiful from the deck of the ferry.. I looked at the milage on my own car recently and wondered how many of those miles were spent listening to Hayley's cds, The car is one of my favourite listening places.. Enjoy the concert...Everyone.. Audience and performers alike..
