As far as I'm aware, Hayley has only recorded an English version. I think the confusion has arisen because CD Japan show the title in Japanese as it is a "Japan only" bonus track. Strangely though, the title appears in English on the actual CD artwork!

The track list is identical for both, the Limited/Collectors edition is on an SHM CD (supposed to be better quality) has different artwork and contains a fold out 2010 calendar.
