Sorry for the confusion, my fault. I was referring to the new group CD, a video of which was linked by hwi. I won't correct my original text as that will throw the following posts.
In fact I have corrected and updated that original post so hope I've clarified everything.

Hello Peter! I think the CD you're referring to is the charity single 'We Will Remember Them', which was released in November 2009. See this thread. Richard

Perhaps it will be re-released or used in some form for this year's campaign.

Hi all This may have been suggested before but I was thinking it would be great if Hayley could do a tour which has one show being streamed live to cinemas, I went to the cinema last night and saw Alfie Boe's concert live from the royal Festival hall in London, and had Laura Wright as a special guest- she was fantastic, loved her version of Danny Boy, although not as much as Hayley's obviously- and I was thinking that as it is very often difficult for people to go to her concerts as they are too far away for them to go to, it would mean more people could see her shows,-and perhaps introduce more people to her and her music... and a good way to make a new dvd too! I think Andre Rieu did this in the summer too, so I think it's becoming more popular...Hopefully sometime in the future she'll be able to. best wishes Sing

That would be nice. But if she can't even make her own live DVDs anymore, it's doubtful if that could ever happen, anytime very soon, anyway. Unless she also appeared as a special guest.

I've been monitoring the number of views my Hayley thread on the Josh Groban forum has been getting, ever since I started it about 2 years ago. I do post a few news tidbits every once in a while, enough to keep it among the top few threads in the Other Music section. I very rarely get a reply, but I do get lots of views. It just reached over 10,000 views (since Jan. 2010), and it's labeled as a "Hot Topic". I notice the highest number of views seems to occur over the weekends. I've been keeping track of the numbers to find out about how long it takes to get 1,000 views. It took only a little over 2 months to get 1,000 views. I don't know, I think that's a lot. And remember, I mentioned here or somewhere, that around the time of Paradiso's release (can't remember which date), the number of views soared. I think it was partly due to my Paradiso signature, which I still have up at the moment. Oh yeah, I should mention the Boston Pops concert, now shouldn't I? Just in case.

I did post about it, and a member from California asked me if I knew if Hayley was coming to CA. Of course I told her I'll post it as soon as I hear about it (I know I will hear about it sometime!). Oh yeah, I forgot to mention this! This was the same member I introduced to Hayley a while back! In the game section on the JG forum, she used O Come, O Come Emmanuel in the Song Association game, saying she loved the song. So, I told her about Hayley's version of Veni Veni Emmanuel in Latin, and she wanted to hear it. At first when I gave her the youtube link, she wasn't able to play it, because her computer had been acting up. So, I suggested she try listening to a clip on Amazon or Itunes. She listened on Amazon, and she said " from what I hear, Hayley's voice is soo phenomenally good ( I love the Harp in the background:)!! I will look out for her Christmas Magic Album come Christmas time . Thanks Again for The Link to it:)" Then she told me later that she was "going to download it right now", so I hope she did. She and I have a lot in common, we both like Enya, and Lord of the Rings, and stuff like that. This is the first time I've really every gotten anyone to listen to a Hayley song and buy her music!! I was really surprised how interested she was in hearing the song, too, even after all the trouble she had with trying to play the youtube one. I would've expected this to discourage her, but she seemed pretty serious about hearing it. And this was all because I jumped at the opportunity of sharing the song, just because she said she liked O Come O Come Emmanuel! I did tell her that Hayley's CDs aren't readily available in the stores, except maybe at the bigger B & N stores, so that's probably one reason she decided to download it for now. That also shows she didn't want to wait till Christmas to hear the whole thing, either! Maybe I'll try to get her to join the forum too.

Hmmm...... Maybe Hayley could do something that Meav is going to do in the future- Have a "Hologram" concert. I don't know is has been suggested before, but the technology is there now. I would go see something like that.

Fair enough question....BamaFan. Especially if you are not the Sci-Fi oriented person that I am. A hologram is a 3-D projection-or image- of a person transmitted over a distance. This kind of technology used to be in the realm of the fantastic but now is reality. It can be broadcast in real time and mimic the actual movements and sounds of the person making them as they make them. As I said, this can be done over a distance. Thusly, if Hayley were privy to this technology, she could do a concert in her native New Zealand and have a 3-D image of her transmitted basically anywhere in the world that is equipped to handle that technology. What I don't know, however, is how widespread this is or how economically feasible this is. But seemingly feasible enough for Meav to do it in the near future. Details on that are forthcoming pending future announcements in her official fan forum. I hope this clears this up a bit "Bama Fan".
