I'd like her to sing a song in Gaelic. I love the ones Meav sings, and I know I'd love one Hayley would sing, too. If Hayley does You Raise Me Up, it would be nice if she would sing both verses; everyone else only sings the first verse. There's nothing wrong with the 2nd verse. And it had better NOT only be on the Japanese version! Someone from Japan said it will be on the Japanese version of her next album; I will be disgusted if it's not on any other version! Non-Japanese people happen to enjoy this song, too! Some other songs I'd like to hear Hayley sing sometime: - My Lagan Love
- A Time for Us
- Panis Angelicus
Some hymns she could sing are: - Be Thou My Vision
- It is Well
- Come Thou Fount

Hi Libby, I would be very surprised if anyone in Japan (or anwhere else for that matter) knew for sure that YRMU would be on the next album just yet. The final tracklisting for any given version is unlikely to be decided until at least 18 tracks have been recorded and the recording sessions haven't even begun yet. YRMU may well have been shortlisted but that is not likely to be known by anyone other than Hayley, her musical director, her manager and her record company and they would not reveal details until shortly before the release. If that song should be included, like you, I hope it will be on all versions. We shall have to wait and see. Roger

Libby: Hayley sung Dulaman in Gaelic at Ulyseus Irish pub in NYC on 20 March 2007. She wan't with Celtic Woman. I also hope to hear something Gaelic from her, and I hope YRMU is on versions besides the Japanese one ase well. Wouldn't it be great if she released a US best of album? I know what I hope there would be on it!

I'd also like to add: I'll Fly Away (by Alison Strauss) Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring (possibly for a Christmas album?) Yes, I know Hayley sang Dulaman, but I never got to hear it, and it's never been recorded. It would be fine if she added this song to her next album, but I'd also be interested in hearing a different Gaelic song that I've never heard before.

Hello Libby and Northern Lights! I like 'Jesu Joy Of Man's Desiring' too, but it's really a choral piece, which gives me an idea. Perhaps Hayley could record it with All Angels and the Choirboys. Richard

Be Thou My Vision yes it's a nice hymn, I just sang it in the school morning assembly yesterday. Hayley would undoubtedly make it even more beautiful.

Pardon me, that should actually be Alison Krauss, not Strauss. My cold was affecting my brain somewhat that day. Nobody seems to have noticed, but I still feel the need to correct my mistake. I'm a little better now.

I'd really prefer to hear just Hayley singing it, and nobody else. Josh Groban sang it without a choir, and it's wonderful. So, why shouldn't Hayley?

I would LOVE to hear Hayley give My Heart Will Go On a shot. I know that's such a massive song because it's a classic (or will be a classic one day) and it would be open to critisicm if she did a cover, because expectations are high for that song. BUT, I nevertheless think Hayley would do a fantastic job on a cover of that song, because I have heard so many different versions of that song, and each artist gives it their own taste. Hayley could do that very well! I would also love to hear Hayley sing Song Bird. I think that is one of those songs that would suit her voice really well. But we have a loooong time before we even hear a whisper about her new album.... ....right??? Dori

Hi Dori, Well, she is supposed to start the recording in less than two months from now. I'm sure we'll have hints here and there very soon. Stephany
