Sounds great, grant. BTW, who gets to put the sash on Hayley? And is someone going to give Ian a bottle of wine or something in place of a bouquet, or does he get passed over? Just knew I'd forget something!! Thanks for the heads up - corrected now. I think we'll leave them with bouquets, I did think about a bottle of champagne but then couldn't think of anything appropriate for Isaac. As for who is going to put the sash on Hayley. Why, the concert promoter of course! Best wishes Grant P.S. Everyone. Watch out for an imminent press release!

Press Release 2nd January 2008 CHRISTCHURCH DAILY HERALD "Hayley Takes a Break” By Abigail Trent
Following yesterdays sell out ‘Concert For UNICEF’ in Hagley Park, our Abby caught up with Hayley relaxing at home.
Of the concert, Hayley said “It was amazing, so wonderful to perform out doors on a perfect summers day in a beautiful park in my home town. Gosh! And with family and friends around me too, just perfect. The ‘Golden Sash’ presentation was a complete surprise. No one told me that we’d got that many bikes”.
When asked what she planned next, Hayley said “I’ve been working very hard recently with concert tours, albums and my new book, even my fans have been telling me to slow down. So, I’m taking my family on a four week long cruise around New Zealand.” She added, with her trademark girly giggle “and I’m taking my concert promoters, my manager and my musicians with me so they can’t find us more work!”
When asked to confirm rumours that the motor yacht she would be using was owned and crewed by members of her web site ‘HWI’ she would not be drawn, saying only “Now, wouldn’t that be something!”
The vessel in question, bearing the unusual name “Westen-wowed”, is currently moored in Christchurch harbour.

Hi Grant, Wow thanks for thinking of me and to present Hayley with flowers i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif I'm so honoured if only it were real and yeah i get to meet The Ladies Of HWI i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif and i get to sell Hwi stuff too i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifDid you forget the bit near the beginning of the concert when Hayley said to the audience does any one have a request a special song they would love to hear and the whole crowd stood up and yelled Hayley please sing your song Le Notte Del Silenzio we might fit that in after my special encore and as promised she and a surprise special guest Vittorio Grigolo sang this great song to the delight of the crowd. The crowd still not wanting her to go yelled what about Il Mare Calmo Della Sera from Walking in the Air , Wow do you really remember that one she said and sang it as if she had been practicing it for weeks. Hayley thanked the very enthusiastic crowd on this hot summers day and then started singing with the crowd, We'll meet again, Don't know where Don't know when, but i know we'll meet again some sunny day. she waves and leaves the stage until the presentation of the flowers. and now back to grant, i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif i just borrowed your concert for a few minutes thanks Belinda

That's Hayley playing the piano intro on "Water Is Wide"... and on the entire "Sonny" track! Hayley should have a silver candelabra when she's at the piano...but all we've got is chocolate cake Joe
