Hello Peter, Many thanks for another colourful report; this time from Regent's Park. I, too, loved your description of the wind. Too bad there was an unexpected outburst from a man in the audience. Sorry to hear that one also occured at Newmarket. Probably some lager-lout. But we must accentuate the positives and, by reading this fine report, there were countless! Thanks again, Peter! Regards from the USA, Joe

Thanks for your great report, Peter! I was very interested to read about how Hayley responded to the wolf-whistlers. She did it brilliantly, and she certainly knows how to handle any situation, which shows how experienced and professional she is! After her problems with the breeze at Newmarket and Regent's Park, I wouldn't be surprised if Hayley records 'Blowing in the Wind' on her next album! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest Wishes, Richard

Yes, Belinda, Vegemite was available and Hayley herself has said in an interview (can't recall source at this moment--it was in the Regent's Park programme) that she switched easily between the two. She also said that she was a classic Kiwi carrying her washing powder with her to do her laundry in her hotel rooms. She also said that rather than call down for room ser vice, she would visit the local shops and bring her own selection of food (mostly salads) into the hotel room where she would prepare her own meals, hence the Vegemite/Marmite contribution. Hi Peter, Many thanks for your excellent report for the 'Toast NZ' event! Hayley knows how to control her audience- I loved her clever riposte! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifRecently I was informed by a resident from NZ that an enjoyable side dish is mashed sweet potato, or "kumara" (from Mâori) with chopped up pineapple. Sounds tasty! Regards, Andrew

Hi everyone ! Now I'm back in Germany and struggling at the moment with the secrets of a fast internet connection. I have some problems to upload the photos so I have just two at the moment. The rest will follow in the next days. To meet Hayley at Regent's Park meant to arrive early and not to miss the right moment. I was lucky to catch her when she was about to walk around at the Toast area. Here's the picture that was taken from her and me: She was again very welcoming and it was nice to talk to her for a few minutes. Even if she is in a hurry she has time for her fans. We were joined by Grant whom I met for the first time on Saturday. He is also a very friendly and loyal Hayley fan. And Peter, although we haven't met you at this point of time I told her that you were there because you posted that before. Hayley told me then to remind you not to drink too much wine, if I should see you. Sorry, but I was so happy that I met Hayley another time that I totally forgot to tell you this when we met you a few minutes later. But I think she saw you in front of the stage because we were in the front row anyway. And here is the picture of Peter and me kindly taken by Grant: So now I have to go to bed. It's getting late. Hi ! Thank you everyone for appreciating the pictures that I took. With a little bit luck maybe I can post some more pictures in September and October as long as they let me take my camera with me. After the show in Regent's Park I took the Underground to Cadogan Hall to buy my ticket for the concert at 23rd September in time before the box office was closed. I know that some HWI members will also come to Cadogan Hall. Would be nice to meet some more of you. I have the seat C12. And then there is her upcoming solo tour in Germany in October. I hope the tourdates will be announced soon to see if I have time. But I will take time for her concerts somehow anyway. The next months seem to be very promising. Thomas

Hello again Thomas! I couldn't make Toast last Saturday, but I am definitely going to pop up at Cadogan Hall on 23rd September! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI will be in seat C14, so we shouldn't have any difficulty finding each other. I wonder who's got C13? See you there, Richard
