Hi Folks, May It Be by Hayley Westenra was played on Lyric fm Ireland Just before lunch today with a mention of Hayley's concerts in Derry and Belfast and a mention of Hayley's growing fan base in Ireland. Lyric fm goes out countrywide and is Ireland's Classical radio station, a part of RTE It can be done  |

There are several radio stations worldwide that have request programmes,
If you have some time to spare find out what radio stations are in your own area,
Send in genuine requests for people you know or who are known well in the area for
anniversaries, birthdays or other occasions.
Of course the requested music would be HAYLEY,
Make it easy for them, offer them options of favourite tracks from the available albums like this for instance :

'Bout time too ! I went into my workshop today about 4:05 pm where I normally have the radio tuned to Lyric FM and I heard Hayley singing Both sides Now.  I listen until the end to see what is said : Lorcan Murray compliments the song and five names are called out as winners of a copy of the River of Dreams Album the question apparently was something like Where was Hayley Westenra born. some answered Australia but others from all over the country knew she was from New Zealand and some knew it was Christchurch NZ. Some other HWI members and myself have being emailing Lyric FM to play Hayley for years now...... Maybe we have finally got through to them. SO KEEP UP THE EMAILS TO LYRIC FMwww.rte.ie/lyricfm/saturdayafternoon/Maybe some of you could thank Lorcan Murray for playing Hayley for the THOUSANDS of fans in Ireland |

 Thanks Paddy, had to download Real Player, Which explains why a lot of things don't work for me ........ Yes I sent another email and I'll keep at it. "ask and you shall receive" "knock and they will knock you too" I hope the winners don't come knockin' on my door for their free ROD cds

they just played Benedictus again on Lunchtime Classics. Nothing to do with me this time though, someone else requested it gonna have to give the some new ideas of the tracks to play...
