Well, since I run a weather station, you can always see what the weather is like here in Braunstone, Leicester. homepage.ntlworld.com/m.dixon4/Cumulus/index.htm And I know I'm not the only weather nut on this forum. I remember a while ago meeting a prominent HWI member on a weather forum, and neither of us realised at the time. Martin D

Hello Martin and Taylor! i used to keep daily weather records, but in the last few years it has just been whittled down to daily snowfall (October to May). Martin, your page looked so familiar... Cumulus has a weather page I refer to for Pleasant Mount (a few miles to my north)... pleasantmountweather.org/record.htm

It supports many different types of weather station, and presents the data in a standard way, although you can configure it to look different if you want to and can be bothered. Since the standard presentation does what it needs to do I didn't bother with the reconfiguration, and I guess many others who use Cumulus do the same. The only thing I configured is the choice of units I used, and I guess everyone has to do that. I see the Pleasant Mount station made different choices to me, but I think that is due to the different units used in the USA. Martin D

It's currently 89 F at my house right now, but it's sure to get hotter before the evening's over. It's only 3:42pm right now, so there's plenty of time for it to get past 90! I am not fond of hot weather. Luckily I do have air conditioning!

Hi Joe, Ah yes, I forgot, Wunderground Rapidfire needs Adobe Flash, and I don't think Apple include that in any of their devices, that may be the reason? GRRR!!!! Oh, I mean EGHI - my local airport! Cheers, Dave

Today the forecast for Borth was err.. wrong. Yes they said there would be showers. But the when was the problem, The dry morning was showery, the afternoon dry. Now at 8pm, it seems a solid rainy period has set in. If it had been correct I might have walked to Aberystwyth over the cliffs instead of driving and struggling to park. A prominent weather forecaster lives in Borth, and even he got it wrong. I don't mind too much though, he's a good guy and I enjoy his website. And afer all, he knows a lot more about weather than I do.

It was a bit cooler today... in the low 80's instead of the high 80's. And it was a little cloudy this morning, which definitely helped. I think it's supposed to stay a little bit cooler until at least the weekend. I like nice weather, but I dislike really hot weather. Unless I can just relax and not be out in it for a long time, but otherwise, I don't enjoy it much.

Currently in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania it's 79 degrees F. The humidity names it feel like 90. And we just had a little rain shower.
