I wonder what kind of production issues they are having which cannot be fixed in 5 months.

Interesting last comment. Does it mean that some other (Hayley) concerts are to be arranged as a result? Martin

I think the silver lining was most likely to have been the premiere of Sleep On. Cheers, Dave

Received this email. It is good that we don't need to actually do anything to get our money back.
CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT Dear Customer, Thank you for booking tickets for Nights on Broadway from The Ticket Factory. Unfortunately due to unforeseen production issues the promoter has decided to cancel the Nights On Broadway tour which was scheduled to take place at the LG Arena on the 26 October 2013. The concert promoter has asked us to refund all ticket holders. Therefore, a full refund will automatically be made to the card you used to make your original booking. Please allow up to 14 days for this to appear in your account. We apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment caused by this news. The Ticket Factory

I tend to favour Martin's thoughts "silver lining" usually means a negative making way for a positive. "Sleep On" would have been played irrespective of whether Nights On Broadway had been cancelled. Is it possible that Hayley had some UK concerts up her sleeve which had to be postponed because of the Nights On Broadway opportunity? Time will tell Best wishes Grant

Hi Grant,
From the enquiries I have made, it was almost certainly Sleep On, sadly.
The odd concert or two could still pop up in the Autumn of course but tours take quite a while to organise, so it will be very difficult at this late stage to fill the void (tour-wise).
We can but keep our fingers crossed for concerts, luckily we do have the album and its promotion to look forward to.
Cheers, Dave

Hi all,
Have just this minute had an automated phone call from Ticketmaster to say a refund is being issued to the account I paid from, and to allow 15 days.
Cheers, Dave

I also received the automated telephone call from Ticketmaster informing me that the tour had been cancelled and my ticket purchase would be refunded and may take up to 15 days to reach my account! The tour was cancelled 9 days ago and I know for a fact that it only takes 2 days for a credit to be processed and to be received by your bank account. In other words TM are keeping the money for as long as possible in order to gain further interest.
