I have no idea what actually happened with the Hushabye competition -- but it seems that Hayley got cranky enough about it to ensure that a public apology was made.

To get the wallpapers, you have to register with the site. Then they send you an email, which you have to confirm before you can download the wallpapers. So presumably the fact that I have them without entering the competition must mean that they approve of me. If you do this though, you will be added to Hayley's mailing list too (I was already on it).
And Dave, I agree, you shouldn't post them here, and in any case, they are all based on photos that can already be found here - there is nothing new.
I use a wallpaper randomiser, so a few more Hayley ones are welcome. I have quite a few of Hayley already, plus photos of my own, mostly of places we have been.

Hello Taylor, True; however it has the same ASIN# as the UK version.

They seem to only be capable of making tiny changes at a time. While it doesn't say import anymore, shows Decca as the label instead of Universal UK, and shows the US release date, it still shows a high price.
I'm sure once they ship it to you, they'll charge you the proper price.
However, I didn't wait for Amazon. I pre-ordered from Barnes & Noble, which has all the proper details there, except for the album art. Anyway, I find it much more pleasant to shop with them. They actually send out discounts on any purchase once in a while, but Amazon never does that. They only send out e-mails about Hot Deals that never include anything I want. And the only discount they offer is to give you free shipping if you spend a certain amount. I don't want to have to spend a lot in order to save money. I don't consider that saving money. Besides, B & N does that, too!
I've decided that B & N is my online store of choice for music and books, unless they don't have something I want (they don't have Mario Frangoulis CDs, for one thing).

On the Rate Your Music" website, Hushabye and Paradiso both have the same rating, 3.55 (out of 5). Her highest rated album is HSJS1, with 3.87. Told you.

Yup, that's it. I wrote a short Hushabye review there. We could do with a few more.

Ah! Thanks to Hayley's link, we now have a much better version of a photo posted earlier: Also, Amazon posted a couple of the Hushabye images, including this one, which I think is the best quality version of the raw cover image we have: -Taylor i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Actually, that isn't very clear at all for me. It's not blurry or anything, but it's nowhere near as crisp and clear as the first one. Especially in the face area, and the dress color doesn't look as bright either. I feel like my glasses aren't efficient when I look at it. And I just got new glasses earlier this year, so it's not the glasses.

I agree with Libby. The first one is sharper. But maybe they used deliberate "soft focus". Hayley doesn't need that.

Ah! I figured out that I saved the picture wrong. Apparently, I had to do it from my desktop. Here it is: (Click for 1500x1199) Also, the largest version of the Blue-dress pic we've seen: (Click for 1500x1199) I've also attempted to save a couple of the TW booklet's pics from Frank's photos. They didn't turn out great (especially the second one), but they're ok. -Taylor i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif
