Hi Dave,
It is good news that there weren't any serious consequences down the East Coast.
It is quite scary how realistic a movie like 'Flood' can be though and what could happen if defense barriers were breached.
But as you have said, if it means more sales than that is good news for the movie and good news for Hayley.

Well! Only yesterday, I heard the 'Flood' track on the 'Prayer" compilation CD! Today, guess what just aired in American TV? FLOOD It was on the channel called Ion TV. and it was four hours long with commericals! Hayley's vocals really added emotion to the tragic scenes in the movie. The end credits were too small to read Hayley's name and the audio was about the next program. That same channel also aired the movie "Blizzard" which featured Aselin Debison on the end credits! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifCheers, Joe

Thanks Thomas, I have checked and watched some of RTL yesterday evening and the equipment is still working fine i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif I had not used it for some time so that is a relief. I will watch it tonight and tomorrow and see what I can make of it ! If I am not following the 'plot' I will be able to concentrate on the Soundtrack so either way I am 'on to a winner' Best Wishes, Graham

I've just watched the first part of "Flood". It's an exciting film but no Hayley until now. But like Belinda and Ross already wrote there should be Hayley in part 2. So I have to wait for tomorrow. Graham, I hope could follow the film a little although it's in German. Thomas

I've just watched part 2 of "Flood" and Hayley sang several times. A dramatic film but it was lovely to hear a very familiar voice. Well done, Hayley! Thomas

Hi Thomas and Karsten and all, I have just finished watching Flood on RTL. Even though I could not understand much of what was said in the 'dubbed' German I could still follow the plot and read the ticker tape on SKY NEWS that was normally in the background of the film. It also meant I could concentrate on the music score. Debbie Wiseman managed to build up the dramatic tension with her Orchestral pieces and Hayley's song had a very 'haunting' quality and certainly 'captured the moment'. RTL cut off the credits etc at the end so I think we probably missed a fuller version of Hayley's song. I gather Flood was in ITV's launch of the winter season so it should be along in the next few weeks on UK TV. It will be interesting to see it again and be able to understand what was said and see how close I was tonight in my interpretation ! Another big plus for Hayley Graham

Hayley's voice made the dramatic scenes a lot more emotional. Although I've seen the film now I will buy the DVD! I've planned it anyway a while ago but I still haven't ordered. Silly me. Thomas

Hi Graham and Thomas,
a great film to my mind, too. It's a pity that the credits were cut off. Like Thomas I'll probably buy the DVD.
Cheers, Karsten

Whenever someone looks at it for the first time, somewhere gets flooded Hi Northern Lights, If you think that is strange, the day after I watched this film there was a tidal surge from the North Sea down the east coast of England and the Thames barrier was closed! Fortunatly, unlike the film it proved to be a false alarm. Dazza
