Hi, Anshita,
If you mean brand new songs composed by Ennio for the album, well, I have done some research and the only ones that may be totally new (not found evidence of having appeared anyewhere else) are: Per Natale, Lezione Di Musica and The Edge Of Love. For the first one, I am pretty sure it's new (another christmas song, we will have deja vus of Winter Magic).
As for Lezione Di Musica, well, I only found it mentioned in this article, which is in Italian, and, as far as I understand, the "Lezione di Musica" is dedicated to Aldo Clemente, who passed away, and it is attributed to Guido Zaccagnini with the help of Ennio Morricone and two other people. However, I am not sure it is referring to any kind of piece of music or it is just a lesson. There's audio available for that article, it's 1 hour long, I am listening to it and for now, the first five minutes are without any music, just interviews... I wonder if there will be any music, and if there's really a piece called "Lezione di musica" there. For now, it doesn't seem so, but if it appears to be so, maybe it's something different, or maybe Ennio took his part of the composition for Hayley... So, for now it is unclear, but I'd go it is new.
And for The Edge of Love, I found a whole album, which seems to be a soundtrack from a film, however, the album is attributed to Angelo Badalamenti, not Ennio, and no song in the tracklist called "The Edge of Love" or "Main theme". If it is an entirely Ennio Morricone album, this must be new, but would be a weird coincidence... Who knows, maybe Ennio composed one song for the film afterall... Does anyone know?
As for the rest, I found clear evidence there are not new compositions. Gabriel's Oboe (The Mission), the 2 from Cinema Paradiso, la Califfa, Once Upon a Time in the West and Deborah's Theme (Once Upon a Time in America) are all very well-known from their movies. Metti Una Sera A Cena is less known, but also a song for an Italian 1969 movie of the same title (in the original, there's voice, but no lyrics). Da Quel Sorriso Che Non Ride Piu is a very, very nice song sung by Mireille Mathieu (VERY, VERY BEAUTIFUL, I can't imagine how heavenly it will sound in Hayley's voice). Amalia Por Amor is in Portuguese and is originally from Dulce Pontes' collaboration with Ennio. Here's to you is originally sung by Joan Baez for the Italian movie Sacco e Vanzettti. Malena is also from a 2000 movie of the same title, the most recent one on the tracklist coming from a movie,
Michal
