Prayer from S o P, as you've never heard it before - a capella at the start and live! here it is! broadband 464 mb/s and widescreen, 17 MB, wow! More versions here (or at HWI) later Let me know if it doesn''t appear widescreen (16:9) on your computer as I've used some tricks to keep the filesize low. Cheers, Dave

Many thanks for the clips, Dave! As Graeme says... Wow!!! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifThey were two totally amazing and stunning performances from Hayley, and her voice is still getting better and better with every live appearance. I've also heard the John Rutter setting of 'All Things Bright And Beautiful' before, but it's never sounded as good as that. Bright and very beautiful indeed! I do hope she includes it on her next album. I also enjoyed Hayley's performance of 'Prayer', and the clip played perfectly in widescreen after I downloaded Windows Media Player 9. Best Wishes, Richard

I noticed that on leaving the stage having just sung "All Things Bright and Beautiful", Hayley waved at someone - was that you Richard?
Best wishes Martin

Hello Martin! Hayley often gives a little wave at the end of her live performances, and I'm sure it's aimed at everybody who's watching, whether in the audience, at home, or on the Internet. That being the case, the answer to your question is yes, but she was waving to you too! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest Wishes, Richard

Yay! Thanks so much for the excellent clips, Dave! I recognised 'All Things Bright and Beautiful' as the one on Katherine Jenkins' Living a Dream album. It really is a beautiful song sung well by Hayley. 'Prayer' was especially good. I think I like it better without the backing vocals that accompany Hayley on Odyssey.

Dave (Maestro technician!) To re-iterate all the comments posted - thanks for the great video footage. Is it possible to copy it to a local drive? If so how?
Best wishes Martin

Hi Martin,
I know you asked Dave, but just in case, to save to your local drive, right-click the link Dave provided, and select "Save Target As". That gives you the chance to nominate the location on your hard drive were to save the video.
By the way, if you played the video on line, there is a good chance it is already on your hard drive, in the Temporary Internet Files folder. Where exactly that one may be, does depend on your local computer settings. You can find that out via Tools - Internet Options - Settings (if you use Internet Explorer).

Just watched Songs of Praise - Fabulous!! Hayley appears first about 12/13 minutes in, has a brief chat with Aled and then sings "All Things Bright And Beautiful". Interestingly, her version uses a less familiar tune than I guess most of us are used to. Naturally it sounds wonderful sung by Hayley! Next up is Prayer which comes in the 32nd minute I think. Enjoy Grant I am hoping someone will post a clip of this as I missed the opener but was in time for her second song of that evening. The reason for being late? I took all Sunday to return from Canterbury on the Friday (via Westminster Abbey on the Saturday) to enjoy the countryside, especially sitting out in a pub garden at 1:30pm on October 29th 2006 without a coat having a hot lunch! Thank you, Dave.
I was relying on someone's initiative for this, thought it might be yours.
I love the tune. It turns a well-known song to the point of being hackneyed, how can you render it with meaning and the freshness it deserves when it is so well worn, into something new, fresh, enchanting and exciting. When it is sung by Hayley, Lady, God Bless you, you are well deserving, very well doen.

Adding yet another WOW to this thread! Both songs were amazing -- these have got to be some of the best Hayley videos ever. Her voice has matured beautifully; I cannot wait for the new album! I hope she records All Things Bright and Beautiful. Oksy

Hi Graeme and Marianne, WOW! I absolutely adore your photographs for 'All Things Bright and Beautiful' ...how very appropriate! "He made their glowing colours, He made their tiny wings..." Just imagine Hayley singing another rendition of that song, whilst those photographs are projected onto a huge screen behind her! Thank you and God Bless you both! Andrew
