I was talking with Hayley at Liverpool and we were interrupted by a band member who asked if she was okay for the next time, then realised he perhaps ought not to have said anything. I told him, "Don't worry I didn't hear a word and don't know what you are talking about!" Obviously I didn't in fact because I thought he was referring to next Christmas but Hayley said there wasn't a date yet but yes they were keen to have her again." I can recommend the band relationship so look out for a next Christmas date but I don't know where and don't know when! I've just realised this post is not quite what I thought it was. The Band to which I was referring was the RAF Benevolent Band. Peter S.

The critical word here is "guest". Worthy cause though it is, Hayley will probably sing only 3 or 4 songs at most (like at a similar event at Salisbury last year) and Yeovil isn't an easy place to get to. (3 changes on the train !)

Hi Jeff If you look at the venue website you will see that Hayley is in fact headlining this concert so more than "3 or 4 songs" is more than likely. The word "guest" was Karsten's not that of the theatre. Also, with the demise of Fred Wedlock she might even get a few more! In reality, we will not really know until the night! Cheers Martin

Hi Grant,
Sorry for the late reply. It's not definitely sure at the moment, but hopefully I'll be able to make this one.
All the Best,

Hi Karsten
With everything else going on, I've decided to give this one a miss - see you during the battle of Britain Tour though.

Hi all, I'm just arrived here in Yeovil. Phew, that was what I'd call a hot day. In addition I bumped in literally half of the Glastonbury Festival visitors during my journey - at least the coach was overcrowded between Bath Spa and Castle Cary, but never mind, I'm here now. All the shops are closed at 6 pm, and after 12 hours in planes and trains it's time to relax here in the province. Looking forward to tomorrow and with wi-fi available I hope that I'll be able to keep you informed soon. Best wishes from Somerset, Karsten

Hi Karsten! Nice to see you attend this concert and keep us updated. I wonder if she might sing one of her new songs? Have fun and say "hello" if you have the chance to see her. Best wishes, Thomas

Hi Karsten,
Have a good time with Hayley tomorrow. I know you will give us some wonderful photos if at all possible. I look forward to reading your report and seeing any photos you get.
First public performance in the Uk since the Barbican last December. It has been a long time as Michal says....
