Do you think there's any chance it could be for the new album, not the Christmas one? Either way, I'm going to get it. I might order another Hayley CD from Japan, while I'm at it, if it's not too expensive. Libby It's already listed as the Bonus Song on the Japanese album (the Christmas one). Cheers Jono

I know that. I'm talking about THE new album! The one she's working on! She's probably done with this one, at least recording.

Hi everyone. This evening, another NHK TV program of 53 minutes was televised in Japan regarding Hayley's new song. Some of the part was just the same with the one on Youtube. But it had many newer parts for me and I clearly understood why Hayley was requested to write and sing Maori song in Japan. I also could read the words on Hayley's notepad and I could finally confirm that the title was "On the wings of time". I wish I could share it to all of you but I have no idea to post 600Mbytes of 53 minutes program here. Also it was in Japanese and English interpretation is needed except Hayley's messages.
I am currently communicating with Dave that how I can do to those who are interested in.
Best wishes. Maya

Here are some of the screen shots. I introduce you more if I have a chance. You can read most of the words. Hayley was very polite when she met Mr. Mugi the composer of the song. She knew well how Japanese people bow. Hayley is looking at the sheet of music and begins to hum quickly. Best wishes. Maya

Hello again Maya and everyone! I am sorry I was out on Saturday evening and could not complete the video work, but I have done now. Here is the original video which Maya sent me: "Hayley" parts of the Paul Gauguin Programme (includes Wings Of Time, Windows Media, 9m 28s, 94.6 MB) I have extracted the song at the end, this is the same audio as Jillian's version some time ago but the video is different: On The Wings Of Time (2m 47s, 40 MB, divX - a recent version of DivX so not everyone will be able to play it unless they use VLC Player or perhaps PowerDVD). Maya has pointed out that there is some loss of quality from the original because it was converted from an original HD broadcast by NHK and frame rates as well as bit rates were changed, but I hope it's OK. There is a HD version on YouTube now, this has been mentioned in the YT thread. Thank you Maya! Cheers, Dave

i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif Well I have the main video downloaded. It was excellent. It gives you a chance to see how a song goes from concept through to putting it onto an album which was great. I think I will love this song. Its blend of Maori and Japanese words was magical. It shows that the two languages are very similar. I think I am right in that the original Polynesians are very similar to the native Taiwanese people.

WOW!! What a fabulous song. Absolute beauty! Another one that will be a crime if it is only released in Japan. It could be a worldwide smash hit surely! I'd back that song to be loved anywhere in the world. The best new song I have heard this year for sure. And with Hayley's impossibly beautiful voice behind it, how could it fail?
Why is it that Hayley's best stuff never gets released internationally? Somebody somewhere needs a kick up the posterior.
That is quite simply one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard!
