Hi everyone Just like to share I got an A for English cw...now the exams start...first Spanish on Tuesday...still trying to revise but keep wanting to stop and do something else even though I love Spanish- wish I could concentrate and -wish I knew what the questions are lol!  ... then followed by French, History and Maths... phew!! .must keep calm.............. Just finished my last exam this term! I am officially on vacation! Now, I have to wait for the final results, but I feel they will be quite good. I am so happyy it's done now!

Ahhhhhh!!!only a few hours until i get my AS results...keeping my fingers crossed i've done well!...must try to get some sleep now to be wide awake enough to get them lol
will post later depending on the results!

Oh, completely forgot to say it! I've got very good results this last semester, an average of more than 8 out of 10, which is one of the best in the whole school/college. So I am quite happy, it will be hard to keep it so high for the next semesters, but, oh, well, I'll do my best!

Well done Michal!!! Great news...good luck to you for next year I got my results about 10 this morning....and have been celebrating, as well as consoling my friends who haven't done as well as they were hoping...I've needed a bit of cheering up myself too though... I got A in English and B's in History and French... I was close to As, so I may retake this year to try to push them up- I'm hoping to study either Archaeology...or History with French at uni next year...so fingers crossed I get the grades! I'm really happy with these grades...I really feel I've worked hard this year to achieve them...Now the process of getting into university begins :/  But I'm upset I got a D in Spanish...but I have had a lot of problems with it this year  ...I absolutely love the language...and previously in GCSE's I got an A...I feel I worked really really hard this year but I didn't have the same teacher, in fact I had to go to another school to do it with 3 other girls who equally haven't done as well as they'd have liked...but they worked so hard too... We didn't have as many lessons as the rest of the class because we simply couldn't get to the other school often enough, otherwise it would have interrupted our other lessons...and sometimes it wasn't all plain sailing with us turning up late to our next lessons when we got back to our school...it was never ideal so from that point of view i feel i've done well to have got this far knowing i've worked hard and it's just been other circumstances which have affected my grade  I've decided not to continue with Spanish next year...tbh I can't take another year of going backwards and forwards.. .I think i'll continue to teach myself spanish at some point when I have more time... I think now I have to focus on my history and french...and keep on with English fingers crossed I'll keep going at the level I am now to get A's next year!! Now I'd better get back to packing...going to Wales this Saturday!!! best wishes Sing |
