I did originally dismiss that coach journey, but now you have mentioned it again, I think I may as well buy a ticket for that journey. I'd feel really bad asking for a lift all the way back to Birmingham! I'll have to make sure my MP3 player is fully charged! Hi Ben, All is not lost - if you don't mind hostels: www.hostelworld.com/findabed.php/ChosenCity.Bath/ChosenCountry.EnglandOh to be a student again .......... Paddy

Hi Ben
I do hope that you can find a way to get to Bath. I dont know if this helps, but I live in Banbury and will be driving - I could give you a lift as far as Banbury or somewhere in between - if of course you can find a coach that would take you on to Birmingham - check it out if you like.
Best wishes Mark

That is certainly an option. There is a National Express service leaving Banbury at 01.40am on Sunday morning which gets into Birmingham at 03.05am. Ha! HWI branches out into the travel agency business! Best wishes Grant

I can get the coach from Banbury and arrive about 7 hours earlier! much better - I can get some morning sleep as well! Thanks very much for your offer! Thanks also to Grant and Paddy for their help as well! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifCheers, Ben

By the way, just to clarify, I would like to move the ticket from 'reserved' to 'booked'! Its quite funny that all my tickets are in the hands of others at this point! I won't see either until the actual day! Cheers, Ben

As for staying overnight, Bath is a tourist hotspot and the liklihood of getting anything reasonably priced at this stage is remote. Also most places do weekend rates Saturday and Sunday so won't book room for just one night. Absolutely Grant, that's exactly the problem we had. We've booked for two nights, since we don't mind making a weekend of it, and Bath is a lovely city. Martin

Well, we will probably be the first to arrive, we are travelling up the day before the show. Our accommodation insisted we booked two nights, so why not make a mini-holiday of it. Not sure what time we will be outside the theatre though!
