Hi Steve.
You give me a useful update on the Yahoo group. I had looked at it some while back and had the reaction of it being a grave yard by comparison to here, I now recollect. If it has been revamped and there are so many friends I already know there, then, once I've caught back here, I'll visit again.
Thanks for the suggestion of having posts sent to my email address. Something I have resisted so far simply because one of my sites got abused and entered the mass 'pass-on-round-the-clock' spam circuit. It has taken awhile to train them out of Outlook without losing what i want.
Regarding Wisley and Newmarket, I have them in mind but vast crowds aren't my thing. I am in the midst of planning a Welsh holiday. So. I start with Huddersfield, which I visited and loved at Christmas, as you will know. I knew she would be back, she went down so well, but I had not expected that this summer. Not certain if I will tour South on the inland route over the following ten days BUT I am booked in at CARDIFF--500 Welsh males singing behind her! At least I hope they will be behind her and not in front. One Rugby scrum forward and you lose the entire Westenra family behind him! Perhaps with the exception of Gerald. But mother and daughter, so like sisters, you feel you'd have to send out a search party were Hayley to appear on a rugger field, other than on a podium.
THEN, a meander through the mountains up to Llandudno. That's Saturday to Saturday (or Sunday to Sunday, I can't recall). I am currently looking at Macclesfield. Probably a cert. One photo on the Gawsworth Hall site where they show a line of tiered wooden stands under white canvas looks like the set-up down the road from me here whee, for nearly 30 years from the age of 13 I played open-air Shakespeare. So, that is an attraction. Cheshire is a lovely county. I worked for The Wellcome Foundation (before it too got lost in GSK) and I frequently visited Crewe Hall, the original Calmic HQ before Wellcome bought that company out.
Any way, I digress. So, in short, it is the smaller arenas i prefer BUT a day at the races would be different as would a day amongst the roses... so. I'll let you know if I'm going to be there. That so many on this site will be it seems silly to miss the party!
Yours aye. Peter

Hey Peter, don't forget what happened to the Beast at the end of the story. In the interim you will just have to live with that mark. TTFN,Dave Gibson

Hi Richard,
First of all thank you for keeping up the good work in posting the feedback from the Il Divo forum, I am glad you kept it going whilst I was away, it will be useful to look back on at the end of the tour, it is always usefully to get unbiased feedback, we are preaching to the converted here (well with the odd exception we are) but in general I am very pleased with the comments, they are very constructive and we should all take a warm and comfortable feeling in getting such comments from a group that would not normally be the traditional Hayley support base.
Thanks again Steve H
