Wow, thanks Stephany! That certainly is a great video and I love the easy contrasting colors of the green and yellow. Both simple, but very effective. I can't wait until the album comes out! <3 Caite

Who can resist this smile? I want the CD!!! I wonder why they did this clip, though. For a DVD perhaps? Or simply an ad?

Hello Stephany and everybody! I've just watched both clips, and I really like Hayley's bit of acting. Judging by the lack of background, I suspect they are only promotional videos, so I'm not expecting to see complete versions. I've heard a clip of 'I Feel Pretty' many times on Classic FM during their advertisement for the Woburn Abbey concert, but I wasn't convinced it was Hayley singing. I am now, and I'm really looking forward to this album! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest Wishes, Richard

Hi Richard,
I have heard the advert on Classic FM too and, Like you, I wasn't at all sure that it was Hayley's voice. I'm still not convinced. That is partly because it was first broadcast many weeks ago and I am not aware that she had recorded any part of it at that time - not even for promotional purposes. Maybe I need to hear it one more time (now that I have seen the clips posted by stephany) to make sure.

Thank you for finding the clips, Stephany. Love it. It is interesting that every time I visit the official site. I find that there isn't any update. However, when I visit here a few hours later, one of us will post to say that there is an update! C'est la vie! Luckily, I can always find the latest news here. Raymond

The question, is her voice changing or is she changing her voice, showing ever-increasing mastery of her art? We need to hear more and that more sounds exciting! Peter S.

That clip is impressive..... Its the old chicken and egg, Peter. Her voice is maturing - so she is able to sing more songs. Because she can sing more things, she has found that she must alter the performance style to fit the music - which in turn might lead to being able to do more songs..... Actually, it wouldnt surprise me if she were to make some kind of mark in musical theatre at some point - I wish I could bring myself to agree that it is classical crossover Jon

All I can say is, it would have been a very well-known and long-established producion in London's West End. So who knows? It just could happen one day. Roger

Roger Could that have been The Sound of Music but then someone came up with the idea of finding Maria from an unknown and giving the public the responsibility creating a very successful (and I found, in the later stages, very exciting) TV series. Hi Peter,
No, it wasn't The Sound of Music and I think it preceeded the selection process of Maria by at least a year.

Hayley wanted to take Katy Roberts, who suffers from hemiplegia, to see The Sound of Music. I didn't know it was a famous musical (full article : here). Back on topic, I just saw Vittorio on Classic FM TV. He was singing "Maria". I believe it was for the Classical Brits. I must say it was...WOW!! I look forward to hearing the new recording.

Speaking of Rogers and Hammerstein musicals in general, it could be me, (or the horrible speakers at work that I am using )but something about her voice and presentation on this video makes me think she could easily give Shirley Jones a run for her money. Why is it that I keep getting the impression that Hayley was born about 70-80 years out of time? If a certain type of musical/movie was still being made and still mainstream she might be one of the biggest stars in the world. Jon
