Sorry, I can't find one called 'Ouch"! I have shot down the others mentioned recently and also the solo version of 'Silent Night', leaving the duet with Aled Jones because I think it is a better version.

Oh Heaven! This is a difficult one!! There a a number of songs on the list that I don't know, so I couldn't vote off something I may actually love to pieces!! My vote goes to "How Deep is Your Love?" but ONLY because it's not a favourite of mine and if I heard Hayley sing it I would probably (almost certainly!) change my mind. Done now! Grant

I am going with Here Beside Me (from ‘ Mulan II’). I like this song, but it isn't as good as many of the others on the list.

Hi Everyone, Not having a go at anyone but some of these songs you don't like have you actually heard Hayley sing them, I think now Roger ,it was maybe a mistake to include Walking in the Air , I understand alot of you havn't heard most of the songs sung by Hayley so i sort of understand, It's not fun to watch it being shot down, i'm going to go listen to its really something special, Belinda

Here's a thought! As Hayley is so great, I think any "Best Of" album would almost certainly be a double CD!! That would be 30 songs right? Can I order my copy now?!! Grant

Hi everyone
I would have to say "Walking In The Air "- I just feel its not really a Hayley song ! There are quite a few songs on the list that I don't know - it seems unfair to nominate one of those as I might really like one of them !
Mark.

I think now Roger ,it was maybe a mistake to include Walking in the Air , Belinda Hi Belinda, I had reservations about including the WITA tracks for the reasons you indicated but I decided to leave them in for a reason: Depending on the result, it might indicate that members are willing to forgo some of the better known songs in favour of those from Hayley's demo disc. That, in itself, would be an interesting result which might prompt further discussion. Roger

Hi everyone & Belinda in particular
I am sorry to have to pick Walking In The Air. Firstly, I have nothing against the song and i think Hayley sings it fantastically well. However, she was singing it well before I became a fan and I therefore don't really associate her with the song, always with Aled Jones and I am not really a fan of his. In addition, I think it would be one of those that I would skip over if it were on a CD for the reasons mentioned and for me because its just not Hayley. I guess its always going to be personal choice. Sorry to ramble on but in view of your response Belinda, I felt I needed to try and explain.
Best wishes Mark.

Hey guys, this is only a bit of fun! The songs I pick are fairly random... I don't even know which album or which version a lot of the songs are from, some of them I can't remember how they go or the actual title and that's sometimes exactly why i pick them! I deliberately decided not to go researching them, my choices are all off the top of my head! Inevitably I'll tend to pick songs from the early albums or (with my classical leanings) some of the poppier songs from all the albums. And I know I'm going to irritate a lot of people when I (eventually) shoot down Wuthering Heights which isn't in my top 15 - not yet though. Other people will shoot down some of my all-time favourites (Dido's Lament, grrr!) but it's just a bit of New Year fun, let's not get too serious about it So for now, ';coz I can't remember it (and I don't know what album or DVD it's from), I shoot down: Il Mare Calmo Della Sera Cheers, Dave
