Well, he's been in musical theater. Plus he got his big break on the Ally McBeal show, singing You're Still You (to the tune of Malena!). Not to mention appearing twice on Glee. Oh yeah, and Chess. I wouldn't think he'd pursue acting over music, but I think he will a lot more. He's also filled in for Regis Philbin on Live with Regis & Kelly 3 times this year, including yesterday, and he's really good at it. He's very funny, and it seems he's been very popular as a guest co-host. I think he's good enough to have his own show. On which he should invite Hayley on to perform, of course!

Josh Groban performed in Seattle last night! It was great! I think it was the best Josh concert I've been to, out of the 3. The first one I went to, I was quite far away, and last time, even though I was in the front row, I couldn't see a thing towards the end because a huge crowd of fans were allowed to congregate around the stage. This time I was in the 10th row, but in the center, and I could see everything very well. Vocally he performed each song better than I've ever heard him do live before. As some members here have mentioned, he's not always as good singing live. But he was absolutely amazing here! No mistakes that I ever heard! In between songs, nearly every word coming out of his mouth was hilarious. He's the funniest guy ever!! He really should have his own show, he's that good. It would be enormously popular. I don't think he'd have time for that, though. But, as Steve said, he has recently appeared on the romantic comedy, "Crazy Stupid Love", and he says his audition was totally improvised! Oh, and now he's going to have a role on the The Office! Like, he'll actually be on for the season, not just one episode! I don't watch the show, but I'm still excited for him. He's a funny guy on his own, so he should be well-suited for this role. I'm sure he'll get new fans because of it. It will help if he sings a little on the show, though. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

I'm not so sure. I generally detest comedies like that. Maybe if somebody posts clips of his parts on the show, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to watch it. I didn't watch Glee when he was on. And I'm not keen on Crazy Stupid Love, especially since he only has a tiny part in it. I hate most "romantic" comedies. I don't like coarse humor, Josh or no Josh.

Just a little information for Libby and any other Grobanites. RTE Lyric FM have been playing a number of Josh Groban tracks over the last couple of months. If you really want to know what tracks were played you can trawl through these pages of Music Played

I got retweeted/replied to by Josh Groban!! This was actually about a month ago.
So here's what he posted first (which I replied to):
(ladies playing You Raise Me Up using alp horns. It sounded ridiculous. LOL)
And here's what I said, along with his response to it:
I'm still not quite sure exactly what made him slap his head! LOL I certainly wasn't expecting a reply! I said Celtic Woman, I think, because Hayley is in it, and I guess I wanted to call attention to anything involving Hayley, you know, to remind him of her, and maybe make him remember to duet with her! LOL

Martin, here's Josh with his dog, Sweeney, in the studio: Sweeney is a Soft-coated Wheaton terrier. If I find more pictures, I'll post them here. In other news, Josh is coming out with a new album, All that Echoes, on Feb. 5th!

And another studio shot of Josh and Sweeney; note the caption below: My vocal coach is hairy and ruthless. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifAnd one more: I like to spoil my incredible studio musicians with a bear skin rug.
