Wow! Did anyone else see them on GMTV this morning - I thought that they were really great. Tears in Heaven is such a great song and they perform it so wonderfully

Do you know if they were on earlier in the show as well? (I saw them around 9 am, I'm hoping to avoid having to skim through the entire show(s)! ). Cheers, Dave

Hi Dave
I downloaded the two videos - I will have to add a new page to classicalrelatedperformances.com soon.

Thanks Gerrit, I have modified my post accordingly. I may have an "interesting" Netrebko video for you later this evening. Song to the Moon in DVD and "normal" quality ... let me know if you already have it! Cheers Dave

I've just been back on The Choirboys official site and it's changed - well to be honest it looks like it's been completed. It is a really nice site and well worth having a look at - the address is still the same: www.thechoirboys.co.uk

Thanks for that Sal, I will check it out! But for now, I have The Choirboys singing "Pie Jesu" live on Loose Women today and in fact, I prefer it to their live versions of "Tears in Heaven" (good though they are) as the harmonies are better. There is an annoyance though - this took place right at the end of the show and not only did the Continuity Announcer talk inconsequential rubbish over the last 20 seconds of their performance, but they even faded them out on vision while she was rabbiting on. Very poor studio production and continuity, this kind of thing REALLY annoys me - there is no need for it. Still it's very enjoyable.. just try to ignore the announcer at the end!

thanks Dave I will thank a look at it latter, but can you tell me what "Pie Jesu" it is. It's the one off their new album. OK, joking aside, it's the usual one... Andrew Lloyd Webber's. Well I like it, anyway! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifDave
