Little bit of advise.......anything you read in The Sun is unfounded and twisted. It is the epitome of media trash.

Charlotte is set to release a pop album in October.
One song, 'Casualty Of Love', blasts Charlotte's ex, DJ Steven Johnson. In the song Charlotte agrees with her mum Maria who urged Charlotte to dump him after he tried to sell a story to the tabs.
A Sony Records insider told the Sun: "It's very different to what Charlotte has done before. People will be surprised. It's very pop orientated. The company are expecting it to sell by the bucketload."

Charlotte's new album will be released in the UK in this June. The merger between Sony and BMG caused a few months' delay. A single will be out in May. Charl said that she will be filming a music video for the single quite soon.

Charlotte's new pop album "Tissues and Issues" was released yesterday (Monday) in the UK and has entered the early midweek pop album chart at number 4 If this is maintained for the rest of this week, it would exactly equal Charlotte's best ever UK album chart position, no. 4 with Voice of an Angel waaaay back in 1998. Not bad at all for a 'renegade' Crossover singer - there was always a risk of it flopping. I must admit though, the huge amount of publicity and airplay she has received recently has certainly helped! Certainly not my favourite kind of album this one, but you have to say it: well done Charlotte!

I'm so glad that Charl's pop album is doing well in its first week in the UK charts. I, too, was concerned that the album would not do well. She's certainly been on all the chat shows and all. I don't know when "Tissues and Issues" will be released in the US. Amazon only has the two singles (Crazy Chick parts 1 and 2). I'm pretty certain that I'll buy it when it's released. I'll support Charlotte no matter how "crazy" she is (was). Dave, maybe you can give us a release date?? Thanks

I saw it in the number one spot at Woolworths. Shame it's not about the music. I think she has the tabloids to thank for it. I heard her single but was disappointed. Don't know if I will by buying her album.

I miss the old Charlotte .............................................................. The girl that sings classical music and does not act like a very *friendly* person.
