On the official Celtic Woman website there was a message that the concerts on the European continent are postponed to January. Further informations are up to come. Here's the message from the CW website:
I think I'm going to wait for some further informations before I decide to refund my ticket. The January tour dates might be interesting. But they have to be announced within the next weeks. Otherwise I'm going to refund my ticket anyway.

Tickets? You are lucky. I too received that email from Ticketmaster, but as yet I have no tickets. They originally said I should only get in touch if I haven't received them 7 days before the concert (which is now cancelled). They certainly debited my credit card though! For now I will wait and see what happens, since CW now lacks my two favourite singers from the group, and I had hoped they would both be there.

This sorry saga continues! Guess what I received in the mail this morning? Yep, that's right, a replacement ticket for the Royal Albert Hall concert!!!!!!! This ticket was clearly issued AFTER Ticketmaster notified me of cancellation and after I returned my first ticket for a refund. Needless to say, they've been sent a very strong Email with very clear instructions about what I expect them to do next, so we shall have to wait and see! In the meantime, anyone know a good therapist? Best wishes Grant

In the meantime, anyone know a good therapist? Best wishes Grant Just look at the avatar next to your last post and you will see that there is a therapist standing right next to you. Watch the keys very carefully and you will relax and do as you are told.

The refund from the RAH appears on my credit card statement received this morning and I never had to return the tickets. They are now in the bin!

Hey!! Looks like my 'strong Email' to Ticketmaster may have had a result! I've just received a recorded message saying that "This event is now cancelled and my credit card will be refunded within 5 days" We shall see!! Incidentally, Ticketmaster had previously changed cancelled to postponed and it's now back to cancelled. Looks like they are as confused as we are! Best wishes Grant

The refund from the RAH appears on my credit card statement received this morning and I never had to return the tickets. They are now in the bin! Roger Hi I previously reported that RAH had credited my credit card with the cost of my tickets. I knew this as I check my on-line account each day having had fraudulent transactions in the recent past. What I find strange is that I have not been notified by e-mail/post by RAH that the concert had been cancelled. A significant number of people do not check statements too closely. We, of course, knew about the cancellation many weeks ago. Other, less informed, people might have turned up for the concert! Tony

Somehow I don't think I'll be using Ticketmaster again because after this mornings post had been opened, I discovered that I now have two tickets for the same seat at the RAH. Yes folks! That's right! I now have a second reissued ticket for this cancelled concert At least they have credited my account with the cost of the ticket and the service charge. I am now only out of pocket the £2.50 processing fee. Guess I'll have to live with that! Best wishes Grant

Hello Grant! I've never used Ticketmaster as yet. Is the processing fee really £250, or do you mean £2.50? Richard
