As Hayley signed this CD insert from the Album Hayley Westenra 2001 She said something like " Oh look ..! Baby Hayley " and laughed Hi Paul I love that comment. Our Hayley has a charming way with words!  Best wishes Grant |

Hi! Thank you again for all the nice pictures. A very good coverage of these two back-to-back shows.  I’m sorry that I haven’t been able to post sooner, but I just got home to Colorado, USA. Bob, nice to see that you made it home safely. No wonder that you didn't arrive earlier after flying so high after the concert.  She said something like " Oh look ..! Hi Folks, Here is a little insight as to how Hayley views her earlier career. As Hayley signed this CD insert from the Album Hayley Westenra 2001 She said something like " Oh look ..! Baby Hayley " and laughed  I thought I heard Hayley say something along those lines while I was floating around taking some photos Hayley, and her voice has changed alot since that first album. I still find it hard to believe she's only 21. She has achieved so much to date. |

Hi Bob and Jeanne, Glad you had a great time in Belfast. I recently had my first Hayley concert at Buxton and have not returned to Earth yet !  It also makes the whole day more enjoyable to meet up with other HWI members at these events. Not to mention the meetings with Hayley Best Wishes, Graham |

Recently added to YOUTUBE ...... Hayley Westenra singing Summerfly live in Belfast 27th April 2008 SUMMERFLYGraham Thanks Graham...love the clip & Hayley's little dance too. I notice that the accoustics of the hall seem very suitable for that song. Very clear. In the Kerikeri hall that song was sort of "softened up". I was told by a musician that the halls natural accoustics were a bit "iffy". All the other songs were fine as far as I could tell. Certainly had nothing to do with Hayley's performance. Likewise I noticed with the clip I made at Waipara of Summerfly, the sound was dulled a little. Only for that song tho. But of course that was in the open air & sound vanishes quickly in that case Graeme PS I also found Hayley's baby Hayley comment supercute.  |

To see Hayley in concert is one of the great joys in life, A banquet of the most beautiful voice in the world,
2 hours of heaven that seem to flash past in a moment as if just a dream ,
At times during a concert you might feel as if you are the only one there and Hayley is singing just for you,
Hayley looks into your eyes, reaches out her hand in your direction and sings as if there is no one else around but you and reaches deep into your soul.
For a while everything else in the world just disappears, there is nothing else except for this beautiful voice..........
Oh ! and I do wish the doors were locked and Hayley would sing all the verses of Shenandoah..... over 100 of them.
This might help explain why I will try to get to every Hayley concert I might reasonably go to.....
