''''''' explanation I can find is that my AVG antivirus was scanning as I started my PC so I stopped it while I played Last Rose ( ) & after WMP I tried VLC & it was perfect Audio & Video. Suggests to me that AVG used too much memory thus reducing that available to the .wmv. Thought you might be interested. Graeme Hi Graeme, That would make sense as I use AVG as well. I did the same as you and VLC was better than before but still not as good as Windows or Real player. Graham

Another great Hayley concert. Thanks for the photos and videos, I thoroughly enjoyed them. Well done Drew Karsten and Paddy. I'm sure the mysterious invisible users enjoyed them immensely, just as I did.
BTW, did anybody get Danny Boy? I heard it was awesome!

Hi Folks, ........and what a concert it was. I was in the front row and at times it was hard to believe there were so many people behind me, there was hardly a sound from the audience hardly a audible breath being drawn. It was good not to be concerning myself with the camera police and just enjoying the wonderful cascade of beautiful sound coming from the stage. Oh ! and by the way the sound in the Waterfront hall was really stunning, sharp and clean with a top end that could shatter glass, an absolute pleasure to behold I sat entranced throughout the whole concert which seemed to fly past in a matter of moments completely enchanted by the wonderful sound of Hayley's rapidly maturing voice. We are so lucky to be able to witness these live concerts, It is a privilege to hear Hayley live on stage at such close quarters and twice in two days, Bliss ! Paul, your description just takes my breath away !!!! Brilliant !!! I had that impression already from Drews Clips & you've confirmed it. many thanks Graeme

Graeme,
Yes, it is true, she is getting better all the time. I was at Buxton and it was the best I have heard. Perhaps your own experiences in NZ were similar. But right now Hayley is awsome. How much better is she going to get? Personally I can't wait, and I look forward with a lot of excitement, knowing that Hayley has always managed to exceed my expectations. Long may it continue.

Graeme, ........Perhaps your own experiences in NZ were similar....... Martin Hi Martin. There was no "Perhaps" in it. She was sound perfection personified. Doesn't matter what way I try to think of to describe her singing in words, it's just not enough. I was gasping as she sang....Dave Dobbyn was clearly Hayleywowed too. The standing ovations were unforced. The word awesome gets closer but still doesn't describe her adequately....sigh... Graeme

Many thanks to everyone for the superb coverage of the events in Belfast and Derry. The reports, photographs and videos are excellent but, with an 8Mb connection speed, I am disappointed that the chocolate failed to download. Can't win 'em all I guess! Roger

Drew,
I had a proper listen to the videos you posted, instead of trying to do it quietly in bed using headphone with my wife asleep. What wonderful performances they were. Thank you again.
The evolution and maturing of Hayley's voice is a fascinating study. There was a time last summer when I could hear that her voice was changing, and I was a bit concerned that she might lose something. This was round about the time of West Side Story. But her pre-Christmas concerts in the UK, the ones in NZ and the latest ones in the UK show that she has got used to and mastered the changes in her voice, and is better than ever. We really need that new international album. Compared with what she sounds like now, even Treasure seems to lack something.

Wow! You all do an incredible job documenting Hayley's performances. I almost feel like I was there - this is the closest I can get to seeing Hayley live.
Just wanted to make sure - are we free do download the pictures and videos to our own computers? I don't want to infringe on anyone's copyrights. Those pictures of Hayley at the piano are really special - I may need to change my avatar.

I think it's very interesting the way it turned out. It looks like she's turning into an angel.
