Hi Martin, Grant, Richard, Thanks for the update - this is one that I'm looking out for too. It sounds like a really nice friendly venue with real fans there. Stuart

And I told Peter Lawley (the vicar at St Georges) that I wouldn't blast his details all over the internet!! Oh well, I've already spoken to him and posted that tickets will be availabe after Easter, he is aware that there is a lot of interest at HWI . Details will also appear on Telford theatre web site. I have arranged to ring him on 10th April to find out when tickets will go on sale. Once we have details, I have to concur with Martin TICKETS WILL SELL OUT QUICKLY. Night Night Grant

Hello all As per my previous post above, I spoke to the theatre box office and Peter Lawley this morning. We still do not have anything concrete The theatre says they hope to have something within a couple of weeks; Peter told me that he still has to sort out ticket prices with the theatre and when I suggested "another couple of weeks then?" he replied "Oh at least". I will follow up a week on Monday. In the meantime, can I request that members interested in this concert don't innundate either with phone calls requesting updates. I won't let this one slip through our fingers and you will have details within minutes of me finding them out Best wishes Grant

Hi Grant Thanks for the update. I agree one point of contact should be sufficient so I look froward to the long awaitied post (or personal email) announcing ticket sales.
Best wishes Martin

Hello Grant! I'm not going to this concert, but I am keeping an eye on the Oakengates Theatre's website for the details. I have now removed Peter Lawley's telephone number from my previous post. Best Wishes, Richard

RED ALERT!! I can now confirm that tickets for this concert will go on sale at 10am on Tuesday 1st May 2007!!Tickets will cost £20 and it would appear that this is going to be a traditional "small venue" concert with Hayley accompanied by Fiona and Ian with Fiona having her own 'spot' This information has come from Peter Lawley the vicar of St George's who rang me a few minutes ago, with concert details provided to him by Bedlam. No doubt we will hear something official soon. (Peter did seem to think that the pianist would be Al Gurr again, but I'm assuming Ian as I've never seen one without the other) I have been in touch with the theatre in an attempt to 'pre-book' without success, so we'll have to wait until May 1st. Best wishes Grant
