Martin,
I have been fortunate in meeting Camilla on two occasions and she is certainly charming (as is her Mother). So far we have not had a chance to discuss spirituality. In true Hayley style, Camilla remembered my name on our second meeting. I have now seen Camilla at three very different venues and none of those was my local Waitrose!

As previously mentioned by Nicola, Camilla appeared at "Taste of Christmas" at ExCel last weekend. On a bandstand in a somewhat noisy exhibition hall (somewhat reminiscent of the acoustics of Shepherd's Bush), Camilla performed: She Moved Through The Fair White Christmas How Can I Keep From Singing (the exhibition was sponsored by Waitrose)Rule The World Camilla kindly allowed me to video the event (What a very nice lady). Here is one that I prepared earlier: White ChristmasCamilla appears tonight and tomorrow at the Hammersmith Apollo. She will be singing three solo songs and two with Il Divo. (Whilst some people are not keen on Il Divo they have introduced the odd support act to a wider audience!)

If you are a child, have children, have had children or just like children, this is a good film. If Hayley has not seen it yet I am sure that she would approve of having her name on the credits. (If you are a music teacher with aspirations it is probably too late to watch it this season!) Gini and I had a most enjoyable evening at the Barbican (checking out the facilities for 21/12). A fun film and an opportunity to rub shoulders and chat with the older stars and the child stars at the reception after the showing. Hayley can be heard very briefly (as background) in the middle of the film and then she sings "Silent Night" during the credits. (Difficult to hear last night as there were cheers and applause as various names and picture credits appeared on screen.) No sign of Hayley and Ronan singing during the film, perhaps it is a late addition to the soundrack (like Listen to the Wind). The film was featured on GMTV this morning. Available 30/11 Perhaps there will be track 17.
Another one for the collection Grant.

Yes, its Ian Tilley of course, with Camilla. I am just guessing but am thinking that maybe Ian had something to do with the musical arrangement?? Regards Mark Just tried to read the small print on the album: Bonus CD/Christmas Carols: "All Tracks / Produced by Ian Tilley" "All Tracks / Keyboards by Ian Tilley" and another familiar name (to All Angels followers) "Musical Director & Arranger ... Simon Lole"

I had not come across Earthquake before but they appear to have most of Hayley's CD's along with Raven and a couple of Fiona's plus others. Not a long list but all appear to be signed and at reasonable prices. Not sure of their relationship with the artist - perhaps something to ask Bedlam about? I ordered Raven and received same within 3 days. Excellent service. Prices for the Japanese imports are very reasonable (for UK) without the hassle of possible duty to pay. I note the following on the website: Now there are not many people who stock UK Decay, and we all know who they are (well everyone in Luton knows!)

Despite being a 'mature', well travelled Francophile I was not aware of the "Bleuet" until I 'sold' a poppy to a French lady last night. She had spent most of her life in England but her mother had told her about the cornflower.

Whilst I have often been found in France on the second Thursday in November (for Beaujolais Nouveau), I have obviously missed out on Armistice Day.

Hi Sing btw i think the person she's been recording with is Aled Jones...i'm sure i'm wrong but i just got an email advertising his new CD, and one of the songs is 'Silent Night duet with Hayley Westenra' ...but it may be an old(er) recording I think you may have something! It's doubtful the duet would be for a CD, although not knowing when Aled's CD is due for release, it might be, but I think Hayley may have given us a bit of a clue when she suggested we should hear it before Christmas. I think a "Songs of Praise" appearance may be imminent! Best wishes Grant They have done this before (2004) unless it is an update.

Hi Drew, I've downloaded S.F. 2x & there seems to be a corruption right at the last "....minnnnnne" Anybody else notice that? Would be a shame to leave it if it could be rectified. Wonderful otherwise !! Graeme I had one or two re-takes. I thought that I had checked them all out on Youtube before I released them. I must try harder. Apart from Wuthering Heights I had tried to chop out the applause at the end of each track. I must have chopped too early. Please expect a replacement tomorrow.

16. Encore Hine E HineMelissa and Sandy, I hope that you enjoyed the concert from afar. I have done my best to bring it to you. The tickets went to a good cause, without the presence of the Royal British Legion we would not have had any videos. My little mouse is now exhausted. Now it is back to the VAT return, rugby and Poppy selling, but not necessarily in that order. Good night from St. Albans, city of my birth. PS. Text POPPY to 70222. PPS. Thank you Hayley, Tim, Andy, Kirsty, Natalie, Rachael, Stephanie and John.
