Thank you Tony and Richard for your informations! If I decide to go I'll try to book in advance. The "Fast Track" machines sound good. An easy way to receive the tickets. Thomas

Hi! I've booked my ticket today. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif I have seat GG20. When I looked at the seat plan I saw that there are only a few seats left. So if somebody likes to attend this concert book NOW before it's too late!!! Hope to see you there Mark! By the way, great chat last Friday! Thomas

Hi Mark! Yes, the chat was something I can't wait to be repeated. Hopefully Hayley remembers the 17th November. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif Would be cool if she joined us again. I checked the seat plan to know where to find you. To see Hayley after the show would be great. It's always an excitement when you never know before if it's possible or not. Let's hope she has a heart for her fans waiting in the cold to be warmed by her presence. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI know she has but maybe her schedule hasn't ... so we have to wait and see. Hi Richard
Thanks very much for the info. I am really looking forward to this event and its good to have a little background. You always seem to to be able to find these things - perhaps I dont look in the right places ! I mentioned to Hayley last Saturday that Thomas and myself were looking forward to seeing her at Cardiff. As you won't be at this one, I will do my best to find the stage door to welcome her in true HWI style !
Thanks again Regards Mark.

Hello Mark! I found the article this morning by calling up www.google.co.uk and entering 'Hayley Westenra', then I clicked on 'News'. You could set up a Google Alert, but I've never bothered. Best Wishes, Richard

Hi Mark! I don't know the time yet about when I'm going to arrive. The train/bus ride from Sheffield takes about 4,5 hours. So if I get the train I want and if I get all my connections (I have to change the train/bus twice) I hope to arrive in Cardiff maybe 1pm or 2pm. After I've checked in at the hotel I'll go immediately to the Wales Millennium Centre. I hope to be there not later than 3pm. Hopefully earlier but it depends on the public transport system. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifThomas

Hello everyone, I have some great news from the UK Christmas TV schedules which I don't think has been reported previously (correct me if I'm wrong). I hope this information from Digiguide is correct! This concert - Christmas Presence at the Cardiff Millennium Centre - will (it would seem) be recorded for broadcast on ITV Wales on Friday 22 December at 11pm for one hour. If you know how to do it, anyone in the UK who can receive Sky Digital television can also receive this broadcast. I shall, of course, try to record it for posterity. I will place a dummy thread about this in the Media board as that may be where people will look for information... but I'll link it straight back to this thread in the concerts board to avoid duplication. Cardiff concert-goers... if my assumption that this concert is the one to be recorded for TV is correct, you too may appear on television this Christmas! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifCheers, Dave

Hi Dave
Great news that this concert is being televised as I am not able to get to any of the concerts this Christmas.
Is ITV1 Wales on the standard programme guide for Sky or do you have to do something extra to get it?
Stuart

Hi Stuart, Unlike getting BBC regional programmes, to get the regional ITV ones you have to do "something extra" and you need precise instructions! I will dig out the details and post them during the nex few days. If i forget, remember to remind me! Cheers, Dave EditThe clearest instructions I've seen are on the end of this link (Chris Vowles home pages): Adding ITV Regions to Sky DigitalI've just added ITV Wales and I am watching it now. Good luck! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Hi John
There will be two of us ( as far as I know) as well as yourself on the 9th. Thomas is coming over from Germany as you may have read and I shall be travelling from Oxfordshire (with an overnight stay). I have seats in the stalls about 5 rows from the front.I t would be good to meet up if at all possible.
