Hi Steve !
Don't lose too much money on the gee-gees. Remember the only way to leave a racecourse with a small fortune is to go there with a large one ! The races are televised on Channel 4 so they may interview Hayley in the course of the afternoon. Enjoy the day, as Richard said, the only sure-fire winner will be Hayley ! Jeff

Hi All
Denise and I have decided at the last momemt to go on Thursday and today have booked our tickets in the main enclosure. The weather looks set fair and the opportunity to see Hayley once more was too much to resist.
So we shall try the camera smuggling game also!
Look forward to seeing you all sometime during the day.
George

Thanks for the update George,
look forward to seeing you and Denise again on Thursday.
When you say main enclosure, do you mean:-
Members' Enclosure This enclosure is open to Annual Members and any racegoer purchasing a Day Members' badge admission. Members' Enclosure admission entitles you to enjoy the best facilities and the best views of the Winning Post, Parade Rings and Winners' Circle and also provides access to the other enclosures (Grandstand & Paddock Enclosure and Family Enclosure) on the course. Smart dress is required in the Members' Enclosure.
Or -
Grandstand & Paddock This enclosure provides good grandstand race viewing with access to view the Parade Rings and Winners' Circle and to the Family Enclosure. The bookmakers are located in this and the Family Enclosure.
Members enclosure is £27.00 and G&P is £16.20
There is also a Family enclosure which both Members and Grandstand & Paddock ticket holders can use.
Family Enclosure Located furthest from the winning post, visitors to this enclosure do not have a view of the Parade Rings or Winners' Circle. The Family Enclosure offers race viewing from temporary stands and catering outlets operate mainly from mobile units. There are bookmakers located here as well as plenty of Tote betting outlets.

Hi Steve
It is the members enclosure. Which I think is where the concert will take place afterwards. Is that where you will be?
Look forward to meeting you again

Being an outdoor event (see, I know about horse racing!), the weather forecast might be of interest... The forecast for Newmarket on Thursday is for sunny intervals (no rain), with a maximum temperature of 25C / 77F and a light northerly wind (6mph). That'll do, methinks! Roger

God Bless, Andrew Its not going to be difficult to hide the camera, the tricky bit will be getting close enough to get the sort of close ups you have all got used to after Cadogan and Wisley !! Sorry to hear you can't after all. BUT, remember, you still have an advantage over anyone else NOT in the UK!. We really are very fortunate in these islands. Peter

Hi Jeff Sorry you can't make it on Thursday. I am hoping to get a good position near the front so that I can get some good pictures for the forum. I am also relying on the HWI "forward scout" (Richard) to get an HWI pitch right by the stage so that I dont embarrass myself in front of my wife, who is also going!!! Stuart
