Thanks to 許志誼's amazing High quality video (sideways) of Yuki No Hana, I've now put together a video for y'all to enjoy EDIT: Reuploaded the video with much better audio quality For those who've already listened, please do relisten. Thanks Simba, I have added it to the video page at hayley-westenra-international.com/content/hayley-concert-taiwan-videos You've sneaked some sneaky audio in at the start! Was the audio sync out on your first version? Cheers, Dave

Sneaky audio haha! No actually, I had purchased a high quality karaoke of the Japanese version of the song to do a cover of it sometime. I remembered that I had it after I uploaded the first video, so I went to it immediately, to my surprise it was the exact same arrangement! They hadn't changed a single thing in Hayley's version, except it was slightly faster, Hayley's was 76 BPM, and the original was 72, so I beatmatched the karaoke, and overlayed it on the live recording, which is why the instruments sound fuller in the video I uploaded, you can hear all the bass, piano and stuff clearly. So the high quality instrumental is running throughout : D, and it naturally filled up the intro that was missing too. And I don't think the audio was out of sync, hmm but I can't be entirely sure too XD

Thanks to 許志誼's amazing High quality video (sideways) of Yuki No Hana, I've now put together a video for y'all to enjoy She sang this song one other time, but we couldn't get a proper video of it, so this is like the first proper live version so I had to do it! Some Complex image stabilization had to be done to fix the shaky cam, and some studio magic XD and Tada! And ofcourse cleaned up the audio for a better and richer sound. Hayley looked and sounded perfect, so I couldn't help but put some effort on this! Enjoy everyone! And HWI is free to share this video or put it among your other videos Just a little something I can do. EDIT: Reuploaded the video with much better audio quality For those who've already listened, please do relisten. That is brilliant Simba. Thanks for the pleasure of viewing your combined efforts. the twin view with the zoom and wide view simultaneously is a great effect for a concert video like this. The viewer has a desire to see the close up of the facial expressions, but also has a desire to see the wider view, the movement of the body in the context of the wider background and the accompanying musicians. Glad you enjoyed doing it, the pleasure of doing something you want to do is far greater than the pleasure of doing something that you have to do. Maybe someday, you will be the one holding the camera at a Hayley concert.

Wow! Thank you so much comet for such an amazing response! That's exactly what I was going for with the twin view thing haha! And absolutely, I really enjoyed doing it, and I was thinking why I didn't do more for Hayley and her fans, should keep doing more of these I guess.
Thank you, thank you so much for that, it gave me goosebumps just reading it and thinking about that! But when I am finally at a Hayley concert I don't think I'll have the strength to hold a camera!

You might just want to go to Frank Lin's youtube page and just replace the videos with his! Well, he doesn't have all of the songs yet, but maybe he will soon.

I see now that it was the choir who sang whatever Bottoms Up is. LOL I can't imagine what that could be about.

As far as vocals, there was nothing wrong with the sound, and I personally loved the violin, which I didn't notice in the track you put in. Also, I thought it sounded a tiny bit canned/muffled in yours. So really, the only benefit for me was turning it right-side-up. Your efforts are very much appreciated, nonetheless.
