The Caccini one Libby, The where she goes, Aah aa aa aaaaaaaa (F5) a a a a a Veeee, Ma aa reeeeee e e e e aaaa, Aaah aa aaaaaa a a a a veee, AAAAAAAAH VEEEEEEEE (F5), she except sings that as F4, one octave lower. Though I think the reason she's no singing those songs anymore is because she's got better songs to perform and no space for them? XD I don't knoow, like you said, I'll just be sad about Hayley not singing live, for whatever reason haha. But Across the universe of time, that was amazing news, I hope she sings it again!.

That's the one I thought you meant, but I just remembered the high note in Bach/Gounod, and I'm no expert on notes at all. My only education on musical notes was for one semester in high school choir, and I found it about as frustrating to understand as math. I had been in a choir class before, and they never taught us notes. And what little I may have learned in the one class certainly didn't stick in my head, especially not after 13 years! I think the reason she isn't singing Ave Maria anymore is the same reason she's stopped singing other songs. She sang it for years, and after a while, it was time to replace it with new songs. Like even Scarborough Fair, she hasn't performed that much in a long time, either. She used to sing the Water is Wide and Danny Boy, but I haven't heard of her singing either of those in years, either. However, I notice she sings some songs in certain countries, but not others. Not just Japan or Taiwan, either. In Cork, I remember she sang May it Be, but she didn't sing that in Madison. Might she have sung Prayer there, as well? Or maybe she did in Dublin. I certainly would have been pleased to hear those other songs. However, she sang so many other good songs that I really didn't feel like I missed out. I even remember seeing Pokarekare Ana on the program, but it didn't really occur to me until later that she hadn't sung that one, after all. And again, I really would have loved to hear that live, since it's one of Hayley's most famous songs. I do hope I get to hear it live someday, though it doesn't sound like she sings it much anymore. I'm telling you. If you ever get the opportunity to see Hayley live, you will be so enthralled with seeing Hayley live that you will enjoy every second of it and not be the least bit disappointed! Anyone the least bit disappointed about a Hayley concert would have to be crazy. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif Believe me, it'll be the best concert you've ever attended!

It is a very beautiful photo, Libby I wonder if the photo captured the dancers waiting for Hayley's song-ending crescendo?

Hello Libby! Ruby Lee's post won't embed in the forum because it was shared from her personal Facebook account, not a page. I've replaced it with a link in your post, and I've also shared the photo on our Facebook page. Richard

That is a beautiful photograph, Hayley could be singing "It's me, I'm Cathy, I've come home.........." Or "Let me have it" in case anyone did bring fruit as she suggested once. Martin D

I don't know how you can determine what she's singing, just by a couple of photos.
