Looking forward to seeing the gang again at Cork. And of course Hayley. Safe journeys everyone.

Hi, Does anyone who is planning to go to Cork find himself in trouble now because of the air transportation breakdown? Do we know if Hayley has arrived there? Scary! BobS

I think Hayley was probably there before it happened. I guess they will need plenty of time for rehearsal. I'm hoping we have no problems with our flight tomorrow.

I hope so, and that your flights are back on schedule for tomorrow. The worry up until now has been confined mainly to the possibility of a big storm hitting Madison at the time of the concerts there.!

There's not supposed to be a "big storm"; however, there is a possibility of "AM snow showers" on Tuesday morning, 50% chance, they say. Even when it stops, it's going to get very cold, so whatever comes down isn't going to melt. I'm kind of hoping that they can get things cleared up/de-iced by the time I get there. Bill will be getting there on Tuesday, so he may have to worry about it. I do hope Pete's able to make it okay. He's driving all the way from Tulsa, Oklahoma! I guess maybe the bigger concern is how Minneaopolis will be doing. I've been forgetting to check their weather. I just checked, and as of now, Minneapolis is supposed to be sunny, but very, very cold! I'm sure I'll be fine inside the airport.

I've just been following the London Gatwick to Cork plane I would have got if I'd been able to go today, it was scheduled to take 85 minutes, left 15 minutes late but arrived 15 minutes early, shaving half an hour off its scheduled journey time! I reckon the pilot's bought a seat at tonight's concert! Seriously though, have a great night out all you Corkcert goers, I look forward to reading all about it! Cheers, Dave

A wonderful show in a packed Cork City Hall tonight. The orchestra were fantastic - over 100 of them, and Hayley was..... well, Hayley Hayley sang twelve songs on the programme, from a range of eras. I won't spoil the surprise for those coming tomorrow night. We didn't get to meet Hayley tonight, but who knows what tomorrow will bring?
