Hi all, I have found details here that Hayley will be performing with the Hong Kong City Chamber Orchestra on 30 November 2013 and 1 December 2013. Link: www.mask9.com/node/127685So it sounds like Hayley will be all about the place with the Cruise ship performance being up until November 25. It's been a rather quiet year, but her schedule is becoming more busy now. Cheers, Jillian Edit by Dave: These concerts are now confirmed.Further edit by Richard: I added the brochure image to create a thumbnail for our Facebook page.

Hello folks! To save searching through all 15 pages of the pdf document, the information about Hayley's concerts is on page 6: www.ccohk.com/images/brochure/SSBrochure1314.pdf#6Some information about booking can be found on pages 13 and 14, but these are images only. Note the concert on Saturday 30 November is at 7:30pm while the one on Sunday 1 December is at 3:00pm. Richard

There is a list of 19 songs in the brochure. I wonder if it is the set list for these concerts.

Irish Legenda new one to me found this on YouTube : www.youtube.com/watch?v=xV2XEGzFKDUWritten by Robert Kerr and arranged for strings by Soon Hee Newbold, this air and jig is a dramatic finale to any concert. Dazzling violin solos (both lyrical and technical) and highly rhythmic passages accompanied by drum set really set this work apart. ****** uploaded this video when our school orchestra was playing this piece, so that others in the orchestra could hear how it sounded. Therefore, it is not a violation of copyright law, which specifies fair use when used for nonprofit educational purposes. (section 107) Karl Jenkins- Palladio ?Maybe they will both be instrumentals so Hayley can go change her dress and take a break.

I just watched the video, and when it got to 2:25 I was just all like "OH MY GOSH. JAZZ TUBA!!!!" When I saw Palladio on the set list, I immediately thought of the Escala version. You can see it HERE. -Taylor i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Hello Paul! I would say your post is educational, so I've done a bit of reverse moderation and added the YouTube link. Richard

Richard Thanks Richard, I thought it was interesting (Section 107) we may have to use it more often. We have a little visitor who is learning the longer Hayley version of Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.

I plan to attend Hayley's two concerts in HK. Is there anyone else on here who is planning to, also?

Hey Newbad, and welcome to the forum! I'm sure all of us would love to go, but nobody that I know of from here is going, since most of us live in either Europe or the US. But, it's wonderful to know that we now have a member who is going! :rollin I certainly hope you have a wonderful time! Perhaps you could get some photos or maybe a video ortwo. -Taylor i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Hi Newbad, Welcome to the forum. Am hoping that you will have the opportunity to meet Hayley, with perhaps even a picture of you and her. We'd love to hear a word or two from you about the affair. A member of this forum by the name of Raymond Chau, with the user name Raymond, from Hong Kong, comes to mind, He has a site of his own with some great pictures of Hayley, hwestenra.webs.com/whomadethissite.htm. Don't miss clicking on Screenshots. Good luck, BobS

Hi, just a head up. Tickets went on sales this morning and by the time I logged in to the on-line ticketng system (URBTIX), almost all of the front stall and balcony seats were taken (probably reserved by corporate organisers). Got mine though. Cheers, Jonathan
