Bravo ! Edith Piaf - Sous le ciel de Paris is worth a listen too. Hayley could justify singing it now, as she spends much of her time in the footsteps and places that Edith frequented in her lifetime. Also Paris related : Louis IX believed Mary Magdalene had landed and lived in France. In Joinville’s memoirs writer of Saint Louis IX biography Louis visited Aix –Provence where Mary Magdalene’s body was laid. "We went to a lofty cave in a rock where they said Magdalene had dwelt as a hermit for seventeen years." This is written in Joinville’s memoirs. Yep ! Definitely off topic, but, I didn't start it  |

Hi everyone, Just a word or two to say that I now have, or have access to, 63 videos of the songs in this concert, some of which I still need to split out separately from videos of multiple songs (which takes a while). This includes some of Jonathan's songs and Hayley's between-songs chat. I hope to start posting a "best of" selection in the near future but it will be a slow process. Many thanks to everyone who has uploaded their videos and/or sent them to me by one means or another (not all of whom wish to be mentioned so I'll make it a general thanks), you do us all a great service. I'd like to hear Scarborough fair... Well our illustrious 'tourist' recorded it although Hayley was at times in almost pitch darkness! This video illustrates well how awful the stage lighting was - especially near the start - it was the worst lighting I've ever seen at a concert! But the sound is good. Scarborough FairCheers, Dave |
