I was coming to see Hayley and others in Nights on Broadway; but since it was cancelled I don't think I'll spend 3 or 4 thousand dollars to see Hayley in a Church with hard seats. I received my U K copy of Hushabye today. As any Hayley's work I thought it was good; but not necessarily my favorite album from Hayley. Dream a little dream of me was ok; but the late Mama Cass formerl of The Fifth Dimension owns that piece and it was way superior to Hayley's rendition. All and all I like the album just because it's done by Hayley. But it was not something that Hayley will be recognized for. She never used her voice anywhere near it's capabilities.

I think Mama Cass is known for being in the group The Mamas & the Papas. That's why she's called "Mama", isn't it? Or, at least, that's the only group I knew her to be in. I like the song California Dreamin'.

It is right near Highbury and Islington station It is on The Victoria Line. If you go North bound you get to Euston there is Travel Lodge and P.Inn right near Euston station There are many buses that will take you to the West End area PS if you get to Highbury early take walk to nearby Arsenal FC

Turn into Upper St from Highbury station that is Upper St There are many places to eat I got no idea on how to put a map on here but I got this
Walking directions to Upper St, London, UK Via A1/Upper St, A1/Upper St - remove all Highbury & Islington Tube Station Then it sort of went round the houses I do my best to explain Out of station keep to your right handside as you go out of entrance turn right that gets you into Upper street There is McDonalds, Weatherspoon nice Turkish resturant and many more You can see Union Chapel anyway Upper st is a long street takes you to The Angel There are lots of eating places. My son David and I tend to buy a subway then go onto Arsenal and we go to the supporters club for a coke then onto disability club where we have our food and I have tea and David his water The disability club great nice social where you make your self your teas or coffee or water (you just make a donation but hark at me I going way off topic.

Yup, I got my ticket, through SeeTickets, having given nup on trying to find it on the first site I tried, which didn't want to admit to anything being available after 8th August!
Looking forward to this. See you all there!

I'm planning to stay near kings cross station as it's only minutes from the station and not too far to travel to the venue. Dean

Yes, all concerts at Union Chapel have unreserved seating so getting there early is essential in order to get a good (hard) seat. Hi Martin and all My very first Hayley concert, on 22nd September 2005, was at St James Piccadilly - we sat on pews then, so this concert should bring back a few special memories i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest wishes Grant Hello Grant and all. For anyone looking for accommodation there are suggestions on the Union site but I can't vouch for any of them. My experience of Seetickets was initially good in principle, ordering was easy BUT the £20 cashback requires a careful read of the detail so I promptly backed out by the second paragraph. My email confirmation was immediate BUT you still have to present the print out at the box office with credit card used, it doesn't allow you to print the actual ticket--the purpose of email!. However, I suppose queuing as early as poss is the only way anyway, as long as the box office doesn't take too long giving you the ticket! Be nice to see some of you again. Long pause since last time and as Grant says, it'll bring back memories of St James and others since. Far too long a gap, Hayles, far too long!!! But what a journey she's been on since that concert! What a journey we've been on following her! Peter S.

see you all there, what time will you get there do you think, or is it a bit early to decide that? It's a great venue, I have seen a couple of people there, so it should be a real treat! Mike

I have bought tickets for Rene and myself. So all being well we'll see you all there.
We have booked into the London Farringdon Travelodge for the night of the 18th. The Farringdon is a little over 1 mile from the Union Chapel.
