Thanks Ross. In this programme Hayley has to say what her idea of food heaven or food hell is and then the viewers have the opportunity to vote on one or the other. James Martin then has to cook the winning dish after which Hayley has to eat it! Let's be kind to Hayley The guest is normally present for most of the programme so we should get to see a lot of Hayley. Martin

Hello folks! They should have Simon Cowell on the show. His idea of food hell is scrambled eggs! Richard

Hi everyone
This is great news, I was thinking they should have Hayley on this programme, will definitely be watching. Don't they also let viewers tweet questions for the guests?

It must be inspired by all the ridiculous "Hell's Kitchen" and "Kitchen Nightmares" reality shows over here, with that foul-mouthed blond British guy. Chef Ramsey, is it?

Hello Libby! Yes, you're thinking of Gordon Ramsay. I'd rather eat at McDonald's than one of his restaurants! Richard

Actually this programme started in 2002, a few years ahead of either the Ramsey programmes. It does not have a reality format and is typically BBC British. Martin

Hello Libby! Yes, you're thinking of Gordon Ramsay. I'd rather eat at McDonald's than one of his restaurants! Richard LOL Me too. I'm not saying the entire show is inspired by the Hell's Kitchen stuff, I meant the "food heaven or food hell" thing. That could be inaccurate, too, but I'm just trying to think of why they would do a segment like that, that's all.

Hi,
I see the Sky Guide has called the guest as Hayley WesteRnra!
Hayley is actually doing some cooking with James Martin. Her food hell is tuna.

Her food heaven was plaice and luckily that's what the chefs decided to cook for her. They chat about Hushabye after about 27 minutes if you're watching on the iplayer tomorrow and don't want to see the whole show. Not really worth watching it all unless you're really into cooking. Overall Hayley talks for about 10% of the time.

Hi Jeff, thanks for that. I haven't watched it yet but I did record it and will upload the bits involving Hayley, but if she appeared several times throughout it, the editing will take some time if it's to make sense.
Hopefully I can get to it later this evening.
Cheers, Dave

Hello folks! Today's show should be available on the BBC iPlayer soon, probably in the UK only, but it isn't there yet: www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b036xxcxI didn't watch it this morning, but I'm happy to wait for the edited highlights. A couple of tweets from Hayley: Richard

Hayley said in the programme that after a trip home (NZ) later this year she is performing at the Great Wall of China.
Although mentioned there was still no commitment to a UK tour also later this year.
