Hi Michal,
We really have no idea whether or not local versions (e.g. artwork in the local languages) of Paradiso will in fact be released in Continental Europe, because it could be done at any time after the other releases, at least one of which is not until October.
Decca may delay a decision on that until they see how well it does in the UK, so you never know.
Cheers, Dave

The link is to an entry on Facebook.

Hi everyone! The info regarding Paradiso's release in France has popped up!! While the tracklist is the same as the English or NZ version, and the ASIN is the same as the British version, the album is not notified as an import, which means France has a release of its own. Which is quite cool... The release date announced is September 19th - strangely enough, on several stores, the download of the album will be available from August 29th. I don't know why the dates are different... Anyway, this is quite exciting because this is the first time - apart from the best of album 'Hayley Westenra' - that an album of Hayley will be released in France!! Looking forward to that and I will definitely buy this piece of treasure, this is history! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif And hopefully the beginning of many things!! Lots of love Juliette xx

Thanks for this info, Juliette Amazon.de also does not have 'Import" but ASIN number is the same as UK version.

I wonder when the versions in other languages are going to be released? I doubt if there will be other versions sung in different langauges.... Of course it was said somewhere , but my idea is that some things were mixed up, and that actually the different version of World in Union were meant. I could be wrong... Joyce

I think you are... i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBut, then, maybe you're right. I don't remember anymore where it said stuff about that. But I don't think they said anything about the Rugby thing at that time.

Hi Joyce and Libby I think Joyce is correct in what she says. It seems to me, too much of a coincidence that we would also have "World In Union" in the same 5 languages as they suggested for "Paradiso" - Doing that for Paradiso would require hours and hours of studio time for Hayley - unless, of course, she's already done it Best wishes Grant

I think it unlikely that there will be different language versions of Paradiso. It already has different languages. I suppose the odd bonus track, as in Japan, is possible, but I'd be surprised.
After all, there are already songs in Italian and French.

Oh, I guess you're all right. It wouldn't make sense, and that's what I thought at the time, when the article said that. She has been in the recording studio several times since recording Paradiso, though. Well, we'll find out.

In her Radio Chesire interview yesterday Hayley said that she would be visiting continental Europe to promote the album. No idea which countries she will visit though!

Really hoping she'll come to Germany to promote it *fingers crossed* Anyways, I'll make sure to check whether they sell Paradiso in stores, too. It's quite hard to find Hayley's CDs in stores even when they've been officially released. Amazon.de will have it for sure, though. But I REALLY want to see some promo posters etc in the classic departments of our music stores, sigh! And even though I already have the NZ and the Japanese version I have to support Hayley's career in Germany, too
