Edit by Dave 6 August: Release date now changed to 4th. OctoberI'm proud to be the one to announce the U.S. release date of Paradiso! According to Amazon.com, it is October 18!www.amazon.com/dp/B004X6AB9C/ref=cm_sw_r_tw_dp_Z6pSnb1755VE2I'm glad we finally know, but... why all the sporadic release dates? At least the tracks all appear to be the same as the others except Japan, of course. The titles aren't listed quite right yet, though.

Well done Libby! My goodness, six months range from NZ to US releases?! I really hope a marathonlike promotion will be in place (or a coast-to-coast tour) Joe

And a month and a half after the UK release! Winter magic was only 14 days later!
If I'm not mistaken, I think October 18th was the U.S. release of Odyssey too. Or was it the 15th?

Hi all
Hayley just confirmed this via her Tweet. I can't believe how late it comes out! So strange.

As pointed out by starbuck on Twitter, the album is not actually available for pre-order yet. You can, however, sign up for updates for when it is available. October is a long time, after all. Just nice to finally see when it is.

Wow that's a long time, although I do also think it would have to do with touring; I mean if the tour is really gonna be something big then I don't think the production could do a worldwide tour all in a small amount of set time.

Well, I think the world tour has been in the works for a while now. Your reasoning doesn't make sense to me. If she has nothing else in October, I see no reason why a tour wouldn't fit into an entire month. But of course at this point we have no idea when the tour is. Even if she does come to the U.S., it doesn't seem that likely it will be very many venues.

You might have to travel a bit Libby. But if it is a US mini tour even, there should be something on the west coast.
LA or San Francisco maybe. If I had waited for her to come to me, I would still be waiting. She has never performed in my city, although I once mentioned that possibility to her in person.

Martin D I think you may be forgetting how long the West Coast is, and how big America is for that matter. You probably have not had to travel more than a couple of hours to get to where Hayley has performed. However, were I to go to D.C. for the concert in May, it would take 12.5 hours of driving, plus a time change. That's why I really hope she'll come to Chicago someday.

Well, I did once travel from Sydney Australia to see Hayley perform in the UK, but I'll forget about that. We own a motorhome, which helps, so we can usually camp somewhere near where Hayley is performing if it's more than a couple of hours. But it isn'r usually as far away as 12 hours - if it were we would probably choose to fly. Martin D

I couldn't wait so I ordered an imported CD from New Zealand on eBay. Paradiso is a fantastic album! It makes no sense to wait so long to release in different countries, it's not like CDs have region codes like DVDs do.
I do hope she tours the US though!

I'm sure there must be a reason. But at least we can have the NZ album to keep us happy for now! All of us in the U.S. should still purchase her release here, if possible, even if we already have another version. Not necessarily because we need it, but to show support for Hayley in the U.S. by boosting her album sales here. And a lot of Border's stores carry Hayley's CD's, even her older ones, so be sure to check there. The more you buy at "real" stores in person, the more likely they'll be to keep carrying her CD's in the future. Do you know how exciting it is to buy a Hayley CD live in person? I actually hardly ever buy CD's in person, anyway, usually because they don't carry what I like. But I did get Winter Magic in person!! And I will get Paradiso in person, too, if I can help it!
