Oh I have been very naughty and ordered the limited Edition CD/DVD from HMV Japan, it will cost me just over NZ $60. 1 song. yet to be recorded [do we even know if hayley sings on it???] and we buy an album for it... its a tribute to hayley that we think its worth doing.. my family dont understand anyone paying that much for a song... i didnt tell them what WITA cost....its not naughty, its devotional [for want of a better way to put it], we do it for love... there are far stupider things [than hayley] to spend money on Very interesting that we should be made feel "Guilty" or "Naughty" for spending our own money on something for ourselves.. It is done with a simple "Tut tut" or eyes raised to the sky, often by people who would spend more on a bottle of wine or a couple of cocktails. I still have the first LP I ever bought in the late 1960s. I still get pleasure from it. It just so happens it was an Ennio Morricone composition performed by Hugo Montenegro and his orchestra.

Hello everyone As the Japanese release of "Paradiso" is available to pre-order at CD Japan (slightly cheaper than HMV and regular customers get a discount i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif) I have ordered myself a copy of this one also. CD Japan also accept payment by PayPal. Best wishes Grant

So, the track listings are exactly the same for the UK, NZ and Japanese versions? The only difference being the Japanese bonus track and video?

I'd love to hear the extra song, but if the DVD is region code 2, does that mean it won't work for me? In that case, it wouldn't be worth the extra money for me. Especially since the video will probably end up on youtube or something eventually anyway.

Don't make that mistake again Libby. It will play on your computer. From there it can be converted into any other format. Buy it first, ask questions later.

Well, I don't expect them to take it off the market that soon. I'm still not spending my money until I'm sure I need the Japanese song.
It will NOT be a mistake for one song, and a video I can most likely see elsewhere. 25-30 dollars is a lot to pay for one song. I've done it before, though. I guess I can do it again. Just not at the moment.

Well Libby, I haven't ordered yet either, but I am seriously considering it.

I've just realized I might need this version for the lyrics! Japanese releases always have lyrics, even Winter Magic did! Of course they won't have the Italian, French, or Portuguese translations, but at least we'll have the actual lyrics. And actually, with shipping costs, it's way more than 30 dollars. But the lyrics person for Hayley Online just might have to make a sacrifice.

Go for it Libby. I just might enjoy reading your lyrics (if I don't get my own copy first).

The tracklisting for both the regular and limited edition now show a #15, as Whispers in a Dream (Gabriel's Oboe), and #16 as Amazing Grace. I would guess Whispers is the one sung in Japanese. But I thought the extra song was only on the special edition one. Maybe it's just the DVD, then? Hmmm... this makes it hard to decide which one to get. I guess I'd go for the special one. I think the DVD will be okay for me, because it says the same thing for HSJS2, and that DVD works fine for me, too. I'm also thinking of buying the CD/DVD that has Mao & Mai Asada's performance to White is the Color for Lovers!
